great stay
The family loved the Residence Inn Marriot hotel. Nothing was missing in hotel. It exceeded our expectations. We loved the service of the breakfast and the social hour. Great having something for everyone such as the pool and gym. Best hotel we have stayed in. All service members were helpful.

Nice Comfortable Stay
This hotel was overall just what we wanted. Nothing fancy, but quite, comfortable, and close to the 405 freeway. We also enjoyed the free not breakfast buffet.

Okay... if you have too.
I was here for week long conference, so I did not want to after long days. The staff in the evening during check-in was great, considering there was 4 angry people at midnight and only one person. Person was professional under fire. The hotel is small studio style and is going through major remodeling. Daytime is full of contractors preforming duties. I would not recommend if you plan to be there during day hours. If you are going just for sleep, then you are fine. Workout equipment is old and does not properly work, so please don't expect to workout here. Parking is tight and crowded most evenings. There is vigiliant security, which is a plus in any part of Long Beach. No good dining without driving 3+ miles. Room service is an outside company who delivers or liquor store type stuff in lobby. Spires is across street, but I not sure may Spires type people.

i wanted to check in early and was accomodated after only a brief wait. friendly staff. though full, it was quiet and i spent the weekend. close to interstate and freeways and pacific coast highway...

Below average review of Residence Inn
The room I was given face the street. The room was average at best. The noise from the street was terrible. At 1:00am I called the front desk and requested another room. It was better, but not that great. I will not stay at another Residence Inn [...] in the future. The price I paid was excessive for the quality received.

great time ever worth the money
i have stayed her b4 with friends inthe 1br n 2story rooms but taking my fiance on new yrs eve into a studio i didnt noe how it wood b but man was it the best..roomy n clean it had a fireplace to so i made us dinner in the room since it has a great lookin kitchen and we sat infront of the fireplace ate r dinner n enjoyd the nites firewrks if u noe what i mean..lol..beds r so comfy
