Great location for a conference

My experience at the hotel was great! The staff, accommodations and service were wonderful. I would definitely recommend the Renaissance and would stay there again. It's directly across the street from the Long Beach Performing Arts Center as well as the Convention Center so it was perfect for the meetings I was attending. Restaurants were within walking distance.

Joyce Meyers Convention

Renaissance Long Beach Hotel was a perfect location for us. We found almost everything was with-in walking distances. Everyone was helpful and was more than willing to answer your question. We will be staying there again in the near future.

Decent Hotel

I have no major complaints about my stay at The Renaissance Hotel in Long Beach I just wasn't impressed overall. The staff wasn't rude, but not friendly or very welcoming. The prices weren't outrageous, but not entirely affordable. And they charge $16 to self-park which I thought was ridiculous- The hotel's location is its best feature as you are across the street from "The Pike". The food/drinks were a bit better than average quality and our room happened to have an ocean view which can never hurt. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in the heart of downtown Long Beach, but if you're willing to take a cab or drive a little you will certainly save.

One Night Getaway

Hotel was nice and comfortable. My wife and I attended a wedding at a nearby hotel and stayed at the Renaissance because their prices were more reasonable. The hotel was clean and staff was courteous. We would stay there again.

Long Beach Marriott

We usually stay at the Marriott when traveling, this time I have to say that I was a little upset to see signs for a "SPA" in the hotel but come to find that I was directed to the third floor which was not a spa but the locker rooms, gym, and pool. I am a strong believer in if you say you have it you should if not do not say you do. It took me about 30 minutes and a friendly staff member to locate the contact information for Maureen(who was great) to schedule massages for my husband and I. Now I know there is a spa down the street I will be going there from now on. Most of the staff was very polite and helpful, facility was clean and inviting.
