Hotel Current

This hotel was not at all what I expected. The overall appearance of the hotel was poor, paint chipping, stains on carpets and dirty tables on the patio. The breakfast bar always needed cleaning and they were out of coffee every time I went. Room towels were very thin and stained. Lobby personnel were unfriendly and never smiled.

i had the worst stay here the guy next to me lived there full time and was a drunk a lier and a theif he would sneek in to my room wile the maid was in cleaning and was after my medications he would stand and look in my window untill i would get up and close the curtins then he would move to my door and just knock and knock hours at a time i asked to be moved to a nother hotel and was told they could not do that so then i asked to be moved to another room and was told they didnt have a nother room avalible i asked three different times three different people and was told the same thing by all then when i get home the hotel manager e-mails me and wants to talk about it after being there two weeks the worst hotel i ever stayed in

I will never stay at this hotel or the hotel chain again. Extremely rude staff, dirty rooms, undercover police officers indicating deliquency potential drug use in area, felt un-safe despite security, security made you feel unsafe, the list can go on. No WIFI as advertised.

I was disappointed when we walked into our room. The bath room is very small, bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioner was located in the bathroom area so the room really did not get cold just the bathroom did. Needless to say when you got out of the shower you froze! When we requested the shuttle it never came so we ended up driving out self. Could of stayed at motel 6.

[...] just didn't care for this Hotel location was great looks nice on the outside, inside the pillows were hard my room door didn't lock form the inside i was very tired when i arrived and was out for most of the next day i informed the front desk when i checked out, but i feel like that something they should have been aware of.

THE KINGSIZE BED WAS WHAT WE BOOKED. MY WIFE & I ENDED UP WITH 2 DOUBLE BEDS. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. THE FRONT DESK DIDN'T HELP ON ANY OF THESE ISSUES. THE ROOM HAD AN OLD TV AND NO PICTURES ON THE WALLS. THERE WAS A LARGE CROWD WHICH MADE NOISE ALL NIGHT. LASTLY-THIS PLACE WAS VERY OVERPRICED. NOTHING LIKE THE $110.00 I SPENT. MOTEL 6 WOULD HAVE SO MUCH BETTER AND WORTH THE PRICE. BEWARE IF YOU BOOK HERE.

Guest house was not very accommodating. We arrived a little sooner than we anticipated and was told to come back to check in, which of course we couldn't do because we are from out of town, so we hung out for three hours before they took us in. Once checked in, we go to our room, which was very filthy and obviously not ready to be occupied. We were transferred to another room, but the floors were wet. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was efficient but not terribly friendly. There wasn't enough seating for the breakfast buffet. Beds were uncomfortable after about the third night.

It sounded like a great location, across from a park; but it was not convenient to get to from freeway. Rooms need to be updated as well as cleaner.

we just went to conference and then bad to the hotel to rest. but the hotel was very dirty. they didn't not do clean or change the sheet or vaccum the room. two days in a row my blanket still had stain on it. the floor was dirty and had gum stuck to it. everytime we got into the shower our feet was dirty de to walking around in the room.
