CONVENTION CENTER STAY
HOTEL IS A LITTLE OUT OF THE WAY FROM THE CONVENTION CENTER, BUT IF YOU LIKE A BRISK 10 MINUTE WALK, ITS PERFECT, HOTEL IS CLEAN, PEOPLE FRIENDLY, AND A GOOD VALUE

PINE AVE HAS MANY EXCELLENT CHOICES, THE OMLETTE INN IT A GREAT LOCAL, MORNING CHOICE.

not very pleased with my stay ....Hilton
I stay at the your hotel often and i found that this stay was not very pleasant .... 1. When i check in your staff didnt directon wher the rooms was and were to go for the eleorvator were 2.I had to wait for about 20minutes for a eleovator 3.Once i got in my room we had a beatuiful room view but the window were so dirty i could beleive my eyes 4. Parking were i arrived at the hotel the parking sign said full .....so i when to have lunch for about a hour then came back to see if there were if the sign was gone and it was still up so i drove in and ther were plenty of parking spots i would say around 40 spots.

Weenkend getaway
When my husband and I returned to our room from a wonderful concert and dinner, we were greeted with an unclean room! We were shocked. When we reported the condition of the room, we were told the houskeeping staff was gone for the day. Christine (the manager) sent up clean towels and gave us some coupons for free services and breakfast to offset the inconvenience. She was very apologetic and understanding.

We were attending a wedding about 15 minutes away. Three things stood out to us. Two positives, Two negative. Positives: The staff were extremely helpful and very attentive. Free Parking. Negatives: The carpeting in our room was stained and worn. The faucets were not functioning right. When toilet is flushed somewhere else, the water flow stops in our bathroom.

uncaring and unclean
the hotel overbooked rooms because of a women's clothing convention. we couldn't get a room, then finally got one but w/o double beds as requested, then we finally got the room 2.5 hours after posted checkin....and the rooms were unclean..clothes left behind and hair in the sink and bathrooms...we called the front desk and housekeeping and they did nothing...i was and still am disgusted. and to top it off, they even tried to charge me for an "extra day" of valet parking.

The harbor front in long beach is terrific. they have shuttle buses that you take to different locals and great night life.

Hilton at Long Beach
The Hilton is a very pleasant hotel. The beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. I would definitely return in the future. It is also in walking distance of restaurants and entertainment.

Nice environment!
The hotel is in a nice location! The entrance is very inviting to the senses! I really appreciated the combination firmness and softness of the mattress. The rooms are roomy and likewise, the bathroom! The hotel is clean and upper scale! A nice experience!
