Out-dated beds; ghastly b'fast buffet
For the most part, the personnel are very courteous and helpful. However, when one is paying $100+/night, the beds should be top-notch. In addition, the b'fast buffet needs a new food purveyor. Low grade food should not command a $10+ price! The noise from other rooms was not horrible, but unexpected. Not anyone's fault but the contractor who built the facility. [...]

Great location and perfectly fine room
The room was nice and quiet, beds were nice and firm, the place was clean and attractive. Our mini fridge didn't work and it took a day to get a replacement; the instructions for using the free wireless was outdated but the engineer came and showed us how to use it. We didn't eat there or use the fitness center, but it was a fine room for the value.

Quiet and Relaxing
It was a comfortable stay. The hotel was quiet and relaxing, not many things one can do in the hotel. But they do have a cafe lounge that I did not utilize. It was in good proximity of many things to do. I drove to San Pedro and ferried to Catalina. I also ended up on Pine Avenue where all the entertainments were bustling at night.

Convenient Courtyard
This is a convenient Hotel and not too fancy. I enjoyed my stay because it is close to many restaurants and is connected well by local transport and train to Los Angeles. There is free internet access in the room and also a coupple of public computers to visitors if they don't have a laptop. I recommend staying in the hotel if one is visiting Long Beach.

A very convenient location.
The location was excellent. The room was huge. Everything was top-notch. We,d just experienced a five star cruise to Alaska, and it felt as if we were still on board the ship! The event we were attending was at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, so we were very close by. Yes, I'd recomme3nd it to anyone of my friends, and some of them are very finicky.
