The good, the bad, and the really ugly
The good: This hotel is reasonably priced The rooms are spacious Its fairly close the Long Beach Convention Center OK for overnight trips The bad: Rooms near the street pick up every noise and there was a light coming into my room from the nearby strip mall The Ugly: The room was not as clean as I would like. I didn't see any dirt, but I have allergies and could smell the dust, but I couldn't open the window because of the temperature and the noise. It was a long night.

In Hotel
While they offer complimentary breakfast, there are no restaurants in the hotel. There are tons of fast food spots near by, but for restaurant fare you have to drive down near The Cenvention Center. The good news is that it's only a short drive.

Great location for the price
Very convenient location. Just 2.5 miles from the Convention Center. This Comfort Inn is just a short walk to the Long Beach above ground subway that runs down Long Beach Blvd in a north-south direction The continental breakfast was served on time 6am-10am, and featured fresh pastries, apples, coffee and a do it yourself waffle iron (don't forget to use the non-stick spray, or you'll be scraping your waffle off the griddle in pieces) The wi-fi connection was very efficient and fast. The only shortcoming I noticed was the Fitness room...the equipment was in good operating condition, but like most fitness centers that are installed in what was once a room...the AC and ventilation is not that good...and got really hot during my session. The grounds were nice and well maintained, and best of all, this hotel was very quiet...overall a great place to stay.

Great deal for the money. Nice rooms with balcony facing the pool. Clean. Free Continental breakfast. I would definitely come back to this place

Grumpy Ole Guy
Not bad considering the neighborhood
We stayed here for a graduation ceremony the next day. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in but it was quickly taken care of. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Decent Stay
It wasn't a bad place to stay at. Pretty comfortable... not too loud... pretty quiet. The bed was not the most comfortable bed to me since I like softer beds, but overall this was a good experience.

Nice place
We enjoyed the bed the most,truly soft and spacious compared to others.you'll get a wonderful nights sleep.We ate at Home twn buffet dwntwn,only a few blocks away and we had the opportunity to visit the Long Beach Aquarium-nice place also.The area of the hotel has many fast food places but the negative side is distance to a upscale sitdown place.Overall we would pick this hotel again.
