All well appointed guestrooms are non smoking, and feature coffee makers, iron and ironing boards, in room safes, and free cable television with news, sports, and movies. Spend time in our on site gym for a good workout. Finish the day with an evening stroll to one of the many nearby restaurants for a bite to eat, take in one of the many art galleries or put on your dancing shoes and take in some of the night life that Long Beach has to offer.

great place to stay while in Long Beach for business
staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel located with in walking distance to hip shops and restaurants. It felt safe at night. Great location great price

North off of Ocean Blvd, pop on to the 710 to get to the 405. To go to the airport of other locations. Love the French restaurant a block north called Creme De La Crepe! Two block from the Nordstrom Rack and other shops! Aquarium, convention center and 555 E. American Steakhouse are all so very close also! You can also take the trolly south to 2nd Street to go to the shops there.

The room was nice, comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was very good. The location was convenient For the price of the room I certainly expected to have a mircowave over, and small refrigerator in the room. These amenities are generally standard in most quality hotels so I didn't have to run down three floors to the breakfast lounge. I didn't use the pool or the weight room but they we also very nice. In addition I was very surprised the hotel did not offer pay movie on demands on the TV. After a long day out I wanted to relax to a movie and the TV channels offer were very basic. The TV was not a huge thing with me but it certainly surprised me since it cost the hotel nothing to offer it.

Good value for your money. Breakfast was not bad at all. The one complaint I have is the fact that hotel guests are expected to pay an additional $10 for parking. It was $20 in my case as I met my husband at the hotel as we had 2 cars. Guests should never have to pay for parking!

NYE Celebration
Stayed here on New Year's Eve and the room was ideal for the price and location. Comfortable room with nice balconies to relax on.

Downtown Long Beach
Great location, but plan on adding $10 per night to park at hotel. Not much choice since most street parking is metered with periodic closures for street sweeping. You do get free breakfast though.

staff was not very helpful
Because l prepaid for the room they would not give me my rewards points when l checked in, l then got to my room and did not care for the location and asked for a different room an they told me that they couldn't move me do to the fact that was what l had paid for. When l checked out the next day they wouldn't give me a receipt saying that one was issued by the website l booked the room on. All in all the place wasn't bad, just didn't care for the staff.

Fantastic family gateway
I liked everything , staff was great , location was Great, room was nice and clean. I just don't Understand why we have to pay for parking If we are staying there at the hotel, it's not like we are getting valet service , we're paying to stay there. I really believe parking should be free for staying in your hotel. Other than that it was a great stay. Thank you very much
