BEST WESTERN PLUS Vineyard Inn

It was great! Will be staying there again tonight.

Staff was helpful and friendly. I was hoping to get the same layout as the room shown on the web page with the bath not separated from the bed area but did not. It was a good deal thought so its hard to complain too much.

We had a great time. Our hotel was clean and quiet. Across the street was loudy and rowdy but it didn't affect our sleep. The staff was very nice and warm and the breakfast was perfect for our long ride home.

Clean, friendly and wonderful complimentary breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfy and inviting.

Hotel was across street from where I needed to be. There is nothing around hotel other than large buildings. The room had a horrible smell, like someone trying to cover up smoke. The bed was the best part. The staff was very nice, no frills but adequate place to stay for business. Big rooms!!

We were honestly trying to find the most inexpensive place in the area that was still nice enough of a hotel as well. We were surprised by the relatively large size of the room and the nice bathroom too!

We came up to Livermore for a wedding at a nearby winery (Garre). We chose this hotel because it was nearby and the cheapest. Location was great for us because it was right off the 580 and very close to the winerys. The rooms were very clean and well kept and the staff was very nice. Continental breakfast was really good too (two waffle makers).

Nice cozy room, good service at front desk. Satrt the morning right with good breakfast,variety of things to choose from.

This was a last minute booking and I really wasn't sure what the hotel would be like. It was easy to find and close to the freeway. We paid a very reasonable price for these rooms and I was pleasantly surprised with the extremely comfortable beds. The rooms were average sized and clean. I would have preferred to have the adjoining rooms that I had requested but I was happy that our rooms were put next to each other. The continental breakfast is very basic, fruit, bagels, muffins, cold or hot cereals and waffles along with coffee, tea or orange juice. It was plenty for us. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again in the future.

My BF and I were pretty disappointed with the Best Western Vineyard Inn. When we checked in the front desk lady was not very helpful, bordering on rude. She showed a lot of attention to some business men in the lobby while rushing us out with no information about the hotel. The room size was fine, but lots of things seemed to not work correctly. The toilet hardly could flush and took several attempts to get it to do so. The heat lamp in the bathroom would not turn off, even when the time had run out. I just generally felt the room was not as clean as it should have been, even though there was no visual evidence to support this. For a hotel names the VINEYARD INN, they seemed to not care about people on vacation to visit the wineries. If you?re there to vacation, DEFINITELY go somewhere else.
