Great Location for the Price!

This is a great little hideaway that is within reason. The room is spacious enough. It has a great courtyard feel with a pool in the middle. It's nice and quiet. The location is the best. You can go to all the restaurants within walking distance. I would stay there again. Also, parking is not an issue. It has plenty of parking!

OK place to stay

Hotel was OK. Ten dollars per day parking in an open lot. Never been charged parking in a Holiday Inn before.

At home in Laguna

We've stayed in this hotel many times for our annual visit to Laguna to see the Pageant of the Masters. The stay is always pleasant and I know each time I will book again next year.

Great hotel for independents

A great place from where you get everywhere by foot, you are close to all restaurants you want and nobody bother you. This is for people, who don't want to stay the whole day at the hotel or pool. My room was very dark and for privacy I couldn't even open the curtain. I guess the other rooms were no better. Don't come to this hotel to "enjoy the hotel", but to enjoy everything around it. It's clean and central with a cute small garden and pool area in the middle. I recommend it for active people!

Unbeatable location for the price

walked the beach twice a day, fab weather, good restaurant, shopped and relaxed. One of our best trips. Specacular service from both shifts at the hotel. They even solved a big proplem for us.... we were very grateful. we will be back soon.

Good location

The look of the court yard made you feel like you were in old New Orleans. The rooms were up to date and clean. Only down side was the restaurant/bar spills over into the courtyard at night and can get a little noisy. But everything is within a couple block walk as well as beach access just across the street. I will stay here again.

A work of art in an art community

This is an older facility which has been carefully decorated and updated - the rooms were prime, the atmosphere resembled Spanish courtyards with abundant flowers - a very intimate feeling. Flatscreen tv's and marble walk-in showers were especially welcoming. Staff was most helpful, except that they weren't sure of the restaurant's hours of operation.

Nice Place!

The hotel is nicer than I though. I though it will be an old scary hotel but, the hotel is very nice and it has free wireless internet. The parking lot is small and they charge $10 a day extra for parking. The rooms are nice but, everything can be hear from outside. You can hear the people steps if like they were next to you. There is no noise but my concern is if you are [*] many people will be able to hear you. They have a security guard watching the vehicles and the complex. I did not swim in the pool but it is nice and in the middle of the hotel. The hotel is walking distance from the beach. I went to have diner to Las Brisas restaurant with ocean view and at good price. There are many little shops in the city and different options. The city is very nice and clean.I would stay again in this hotel. It will be very nice to go in the summer and enjoy the beach.

Friday Night in Laguna

Just wanted to get away for the evening to Laguna. The hotel was very nice. The front desk person could have been a little more helpful on suggestions for places to eat. Overall the experience surpassed my expectations.
