Great location, available staff, average hotel
The hotel is in a great location, offers a great breakfast and the staff will work hard for you. Our room seemed to have been updated a few years back . However, the carpet was dingy and looked much older than the rooms surrounding updated fixtures. We had an ocean partial view, which was great but partially. The main road is very active and loud with the patio door open, but not bad when the door is closed. Overall, I would rate this hotel better than average.

Nice Stay
This hotel was just a short drive from the main beach area. The room was clean and has a jacuzzi tub that was big enough for two. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but both looked well maintained. The breakfast had a pretty good selection of choices and the room had plenty of tables for everyone to sit. The only negative was the bed was a little to firm for my taste, so I couldn't sleep well.

Parking by the beach and shops is very crowded. There are pay for parking lots that will save you time of driving in circles.

Weekend getaway
This hotel was just fine. The best thing about it was the location. The beach was right across the street and we could walk to most restaurants. The shower was strange because it was all a part of the spa tub. So, no separate shower. It was hard to get in and out of and someone could easily slip. The pool was small, the outdoor hottub looked dirty. The sundeck was great though. The value was good however, considering most of the hotels would have been twice what we paid to stay here.

Great alternative to staying on the beach
Proximity, convenience and price will bring me back to this hotel. The room featured a cool whirlpool tub (make sure it's full before turning the jets on!) and the accommodations were quite nice at the price. Parking was near for almost every room and the breakfast (complimentary) was pleasant.

Best rooms.
Best rooms we have ever had in Laguna Beach. New, fresh decor. Great hot breakfast. Very quiet at the back.

Perfect weekend getaway
Enjoyed a beautiful sunset on the top deck while at the same time enjoyed the comfortably of the room. Great dining in walking distance. All in all, this hotel is reasonably priced and close enough to everything we didn't feel like we were too far from the action.

Great couples getaway
The hotel was in a great location for walking to Kya, roof top and sandpiper. My husband and I had a great one night getaway. The rooms were clean and updated. The customer service was great. Overall we will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we want a quick getaway.

Kya is a great restaurant. They have small plates that are fun to share. Happy hour 4:30-5:30 is the best time to go for a great deal. After dinner you can head up to the roof top bar to watch the sunset :)

Best Western Laguna Brisas
We were there unfortunately for only one night but truly loved the place. Room was very clean and laid out nicely. Granted this isn't a new hotel but they've made every effort to maintain the rooms and property to a fine standard. The staff was very kind and accomodating and more than willing to help with anything you needed. Would and will stay there again.

Mozambique's is right across the street. The food was amazing and the service was second to none. Would highly recommend. Very reasonably priced also.

Great Rate made for a terrific Stay
Lovely, small hotel overlooking noisy, busy Pacific Coast Highway...but oh! the views and sunsets from the deluxe front rooms (not mine) and roof deck! Fortunate to get a great rate (end January) and have rebooked for a pricier stay in April. Staff courteous but not overly friendly. Good continental breakfast included: breads, cereals, juices, yogurt, waffles, fresh fruit.
