Descent Stay.
The ice machine was not working the week we stayed at the hotel. We had to go to another floor for ice and not all floors have soda machines. The hot tub area had some tiles that were falling off and broken. Also, one of the sauna's was out of order.

Great Hotel
I went to California to visit with my kids. We stayed at this hotel and my 13 year old son said it made him feel like he was rich. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The workout facility was good for what I needed. The room was nice and quiet. The price was great when combined with flight and car. Made my stay very pleasant. Only downside was paying $15 a day for parking.

Great place to stay.

Great value and amenities
Staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Prices are extremely reasonable. I enjoyed the indoor pool and workout facilities.

Singles Ministry Reunion
The hotel was very accomodating, from the pool/spa and local retail plaza to the arrangement of taxi and shuttle service. The staff was very knowledgeable and user friendly. I had no problem getting to my destination and enjoying the friends I enjoy seeing at my old singles ministry out of Mariner's Church in Newport Beach.

Getting Better; Still More Improvement Needed
I used to stay here when it was a Crown Plaza because I could walk to my morning Meetings. The price was right, although it was never comfortable. The Wyndham people have improved the place (better bedding; same lumpy mattresses) a bit, but there is a lot more work needed to bring this Hotel even close to my next-best-alternatives. The one Bright Star is that they have kept the Paradise Restaurant: delicious and hearty breakfasts; tasty and filling lunches and dinners; excellent service and fantastic value!
