Nothing at all special about this hotel. NO WAY should this be a Hyatt Regency!!! This is a Embassy Suites at best.

Nice getaway
Upon arriving the parking was $18 overnight, we were greater by the lobby host and no hassles at all for our room, they made sure everything was correct and handed me the key and gave me simple directions to my room n floor. When entering the room I found it emaculate ! Which that counts a lot in my book, sheets were cleaned and bathroom too! The only bad thing was that in one of the drawers there was a box of condoms but other than that it was all good. All in all an excelant stay

Nice stay
This is a nice stay. Great Hotel. Friendly, clean and quit. The facility is very well maintained to include the rooms, gardens, swimming pool and lounge area. Validated parking would be nice, $18.00 a day is high.

Very comfort trip
My girl friend and I had a short trip there. Hyatt has a good room service and warm hearted welcome for us. The room is clean, beautiful and large. By the way. I am pretty keen on the sofa. The price is ok, since I got a discount price at 99per night.

Hyatt compared to other hotels
The Hyatt charges $18 per day for parking which most hotels its free. Additionally they charge $12.95 per day for internet and same for 2nd item like tablet per day. They skimp on towels so you have to ask for new ones each day . Overall it does not measure up as a good value at all compared to Marriott right across the street which is $79 per day and all the above things are free there. We wont return to this hotel chain. They must cater to people that throw money away and dont care about all the extras.

nice shopping and restaurants about 1 mile down street on Jamboree blvd. Also Panera has free internet if you want to save $12.95 per day.

No problems!
In a world where something always goes wrong, this was a very satisfying experience. Friends who also stayed at the hotel were sorry that they didn't book through your company. I saved money and got equal value. Thank you.

Addtl. $25 for Valet or $18 for Self Park
The cost seems great and below the competition, then you get there and they stick you with a parking charge that make the overall cost more than the competition. You have no choice except "park in the grocery store" which is 1/4 mile across a major street. Made me really unhappy and it sure felt dishonest.

Add $25 to the room price and dont forget the taxes! If it says $100 per night, it really means $100 + $15 taxes + $18 parking per night. Thats $133.
