Family friendly
Just stayed one night with a friend for a birthday weekend. Large, pristine resort but seemed to lack any personality or inviting feel. Seemed like a great place for families - great pool! Free Starbucks coffee in the morning was probably the highlight, we jetted right back to our favorite resort for the rest of the trip.

Tennis Vacation
Overall an excellent experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful; particularly liked the pool and lounge - an excellent place to hang out in the evening. I tried most of the restaurants and found the food quite good; particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. My one slight complaint the the service in the restaurants was occasionally lacking. But that has to be weighed against the fact that I went in one of the busiest weeks (Paribas Tennis Tournament) and I ate at peak hours. Overall, was very, very pleased with the hotel and if I do return to Palm Springs, this is THE PLACE TO STAY.

Tennis Tournament Headquarters
We were in Indian Wells for the BNP Paribas tennis tournament & this hotel is about 1.5 miles from the courts. Several players & coaches staying there, but room rates seemed to increase with each round of the tournament. Very cordial & helpful staff & multiple on-site restaurants/bars. Beautiful location & very handy to Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Large footprint requires longer than usual walks from room to elevators. Would like to go back for a longer stay.

Great Desert Oasis! Just needs better maid service!
Beautiful hotel - outstanding location! Pool, spa and restaurants were all amazing. Staff was wonderful. My only issue is with the room itself and the maid service. The air conditioning unit was self adjusting; therefore, it did not matter what temp you set - it kept the room a steady 71 degrees. TOO HOT. The maid did not dust or wipe down anything, did not vacuum, never left enough towels (Only 2 towels, 2 washcloths). Called desk several times. Bring your own hair dryer. They have theirs locked at low setting only!

Palm Springs AirTram is a MUST ! And if you have time, San Diego is only 2 hour drive. Well worth it !

Great value hotel
The hotel is located on a hill in one of the best locations in the Palm Springs area. Our room had a balcony overlooking the golf course and was completely private. We particularly enjoyed their Friday night special $29 buffet which ranked with the best we experienced during our trip.

awsome weekend!
Sunny and 97 degrees. Very friendly staff. Very clean, (inside & out) The only complant was the beds were lumpy! We loved the stay & did not want to leave, To the point I call down to the front desk & ask them "How much to stay a little longer? And they extended our stay by 2 hrs free! Cool or what? We'll be back!
