Room was cleaned every day, but they need to replace the soap, empty the ice bucket, replace the water bottles, when we got there they had two, but never replaced them, we dont drink tap water. Over all it was a nice place.

Very Good Value

This was our second time at this resort. Only a couple of minor issues. First, contrary to the advertisement, our room did not include robes and a mini-bar. Second, while the room was very clean, the staff completely missed two disgusting styrofoam cups with water and cigarette butts that were sitting on the patio. Despite being a smoke-free hotel these were left by the previous guests. Third, the walls are very thin and even normal talking can be heard in the adjoining rooms. But, bottom line is that we would definitely stay there again.

Quiet indoor work days

This was an intense work trip. We took the suite so two people could use the parlor to collaborate and write. It would have been nice if there were a table to use both for eating and computers. We had to hold our computers on our laps the whole time and eat at a coffee table (uncomfortable). In todays digital age...there were no accesable plugs to charge computers, mifi or phones.

Simple, but good.

The hotel is fairly bare-bones. I was disappointed to find the dining room not open for lunch and ultimately had to grab lunch off-site. Staff was nice and the rooms were decent. The location is great and conveniently located. I was in town for a wedding so for a place to crash at night and a few hours by the pool in the afternoon the hotel did the job and had a great price. If you want more or a resort style atmosphere with greater amenities I would look elsewhere.

Good value for price

While the hotel could use a bit better upkeep (needs better painting, faucets leak, toilets barely flush), overall this hotel was a great value for the price. We got a VERY NICE suite for way less than the cost of a standard room at nicer hotels (i.e Westins, Marriotts, etc.). The suite had a living area with its own half bath, couch, chair, TV and mini-fridge, plus a huge bedroom with king bed, chair, desk, TV, and large bathroom with phone, enormous jacuzzi tub, and huge shower. LOTS of storage space and two balconies. They charge a $20/day resort fee, which is crazy since there's not much in the way of amenities other than a pool (odd you need to check out towels from the front desk though) and fitness center. Continental breakfast buffet was lacking; didnt dine at the restaurant but it looked very expensive, although a Sinatra impersonator does entertain, which may make it worth it. Staff was friendly but I've seen better.
