Great Location!!
My family and myself were there for a weekend baseball tournament. The room was good. The only thing was that the room was too stuffy and real hot. I understand that it can't have any windows that guest can;t open because of the top floor that we stayed. Another thing was that I found water bottles and cups underneath the bedskirt. I believe housekeeping is always in a hurry to finish up rooms and don't doblecheck or vacuum the carpet.

Greatly Surpised!!
Great experience. We checked in late, about 1am and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. As good as any Four Seasons staff I have encounted.

good lacation for the price
my stay there was due to a baseball tournament. I found everything was fine. The hotel has walking distance to stores. I would stay their again. One thing i should mention the t.v. doesn't have that many channels.

Great Staff! Nice room
Very large room. Quiet. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Needs some updating. You can see where water damage has happened and not completely repaired. Wallpaper peeling. Broken stopper in tub. These things are cosmetic. The important things such as good service, friendly helpful staff, great location, good parking and clean room are all there in spades. I will gladly stay there again.

Nice but could do better on communicatio
I asked to change room for a newer bathroom. They did not put my room change in the computer evidently. Then they questioned me in an unfriendly manner how I got into the new room!!!! The large foreign tour group was noisy after midnight and did not respond to manager's request to tone it down. Thin walls...
