The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is near the Hollywood Blvd which it's very convenient. I think it's a nice hotel to live in.

Don't rely on the 'stars'
This is an old hotel and the rooms are very small. My room had no closets and no baggage stand. There was a coffee maker but there was no place to plug it in! (I had to put it on the floor next to the bed.) I had ordered a no-smoking room but when I arrived I was told that they don't have any no-smoking rooms! [...] VERY NOISY!

new ears getaway
room was very dirty. you can here the people next door threw the walks talking all night. i payed for two nights but checked out after the first night. i didn't mind loosing the money for the second night i just wanted out of there.

okay get what you pay for
Great location, 1 block from Hollywood Bvd and Grauman's Chinese Theater. Lots of fast food places, such as In and Out Burger.

They provide refrig and microwave, so can go to the grocery store a few blocks away and get food to eat in the room, saves you A LOT of money. eating in LA is not cheap!!

This is place to stay if ur not going to be in the room all the time. Its conveniently located to kodak and chinese theatre (hollywood blvd). I loved that the parking was free. The room had a weird odor. the view was te back of upolstery business(not pretty at all). breakfast was doughnuts, fruit, coffee, cookies. The iron didnt work well. I was only there for only 1 night so it was all good.

Not bad for a 1star hotel
Rodeway Inn was not a bad choice, afterall, it was really cheap and it is at Sunset Blvd where almost everything "Hollywood" is at. If you're just staying there to sleep, it really isn't a bad choice because of the price, and the rooms and restrooms are clean. I actually booked us in a room with a King bed, 2 guests and there were actually three of us. My boyfriend, myself and my brother. Of course I don't want to share our bed with my brother! When I asked him to move us in a room with 2 beds he was hesitant at first. I told him that I don't mind paying the difference, but he offered that my brother get a room for himself. Of course that's just a waste of money and I told him I don't want to do that, and after a while he gave us a room with two beds, and it really wasn't that bad for a 1star hotel. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the comforter because it had cigarette butt holes on them. I would recommend it for the price and location, but if you are looking for something fancy, book somewhere else.

Great location for the price
The room was quite large and clean for the price. Having a minifridge and microwave proved to be most useful.

Close to Hollywood Blvd
the hotel was the next block over from the Kodak Theater, Manns Chinese theater etc. the room was ok for the night, the ceiling has water damage from above, & the front door, you could see the light around the door from the outside, the people that stayed next door were going to the Nascar race as we were, but stood in front of our door all night , being loud & drunk, when we got up the next morning there was puke all over the sidewalk, nothing like seeing that first thing in the morning! I'd rather stay in the Roosevelt Hollywood Hotel, (it was booked because of the Oscars)

Wonderful location
This hotel is a walking distance to center of Hollywood, so it's very convenient. Also, there are many places to eat around the hotel. It's helpful for tourist who don't have a car.
