Worst place I ever stayed
Check in was at 2pm, got there at 3:00, they were still cleaning the room. Finally checked in around 3:30. When I got to the room it smelled liked cat urine. My son noticed the carpet was wet by his bed. I went to the office and complained to the manager while the maid who cleaned the room was standing there. I told him the room smelled like cat urine. The maid said it was not cat urine, she stated the previous occupants had a party or something in the room and one of the occupants threw up and she cleaned the carpet and it was still wet. The manager apologized, I asked for another room. I got another room and when I walked in it was very hot, I checked the A/C and it was not blowing out cold air, I went and got the same maid and she checked the A/C, took the cover off the front of it, and start turning knows, she acknowledged the air was not cold and asked me to give it a minute and she would be right back. I started calling other hotels in the area and if it weren't for the fact that most of them were booked, I would have left. I asked for a third room and it was better. I will never stay there again!

This Hotel SUCKS
The staff was horrible. I was here for my birthday weekend in October. Went to Universal for the day then had reservations for this hotel. When I get there the staff was really rude and wouldn't talk to me but would talk to the guy I was with. And when it was time to check out the next morning they called my friends room and not mine. I am the one that paid with a credit card. The breakfast was cold. The rooms are ok the showers are really small though.
