Clean and comfortable
Good location, close to everything. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Not enough parking, my friend had to park his truck on the street overnight.

Exactly what we needed
The Americas Best Value Inn in Hollywood was exactly what we hoped for. It was a close walk to the subway system, making it very easy to get where we needed to go. It was well within our budjet, but did not cut back on many comforts. We checked in late at night, but they had no problem with that. The room had a nice big bed, TV with cable and HBO, and a bathroom with a seperate sink and vanity area. The neighborhood didn't have that much, but there was a cheap supermarket near by which came in handy when we needed a few snacks to take on some day trips. The room was always clean when we got back. There were even free packaged pastries in the morning for a quick little breakfast. Nothing was too fancy, but I wouldnt expect anything more for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

Use the metro red line if you stay here. It is very convenient, cheap, safe, and clean.

It was as I expected.
This was my 3rd time in Hollywood, I knew already, very expensive hotels in the sorroundings. I was expecting only a clean and excellent ubicated hotel. My surprise was that the hotel didn´t give me what [...] sold me. I paid for two double rooms with two queen beds each. I received only one and the other with one king size bed. [...]

Cheap and cheerful
easy to find off the 101 on sunset blvd.. only 8 bucks to hollywood blvd. Fabulous thai right next door and shops all within walking distance. Being on the main road it was a bit noisy but hey your in LA !! very good value for money.

Whatever any one says come in on the 101 to sunset blvd and just turn left.. its dead easy..or you get lost in down town LA for HOURS !!!!

Great for Price
At times it was loud with other guests coming and going in the wee hours of the morning and an occasional police siren passing by. Parking not sufficient if no vacancy. Perfect location to local attractions and local ethnic restaurants.

short term stay
This motel is good for short term stays only. It can be difficult to find a parking space & the noise level can be high. The room is very small so if you are planning to stay for more than a day or two do not stay here it can get uncomfortable. There is a fridge but no iron and I didn't realize that you have to pay extra for a microwave. The rooms are kept tidy. I wouldn't stay here with small children.
