Fantastic getaway
What a great hotel! Everything from being upgraded upon check in to allowing me to retrieve a left article in the room after checkout was stellar! Thanks to the entire hotel staff, especially Candy for their customer service as well as their willingness to accomodate special requests. Thank you Hotel Hermosa for making our stay truly memorable!!!

Hotel Hermosa Review
The hotel was nice, it was in a nice area, the structure was nice as well. I stayed in a premium suite so the jacuzzi inside the room was the best aside from the comfortable bed. They had a tube tv still, they need to upgrade that. The parking lot is really small! I think they have more rooms than they do parking spaces.

couple stay
First off good for its prices. Location is great. Me and my girlfriend reserved a room with the spa tub. They only have those rooms on the lower level.. but other than that the spa was good. Spa jets felt good on our back while in there. Reps were very nice and clean. Since it is an older hotel, the decor is outdated .. I would recommend this to anyone on a budget..

Nice & clean & comfy
My room could have been an ocean view, however, they were all taken. I was very satisfied with my room, always cleaned every day and quiet & nice. My only regret is they told me I could have gotten a cheaper rate, had I gone directly to them. I would have saved a pretty good amount that way!

Very Satisfied
Friendly staff, clean room (jacuzzi suite), jacuzzi in room was smaller than i expected. Over all very happy with my stay. :)

I stayed at the hotel for the first time, because the Marriott and Belamar were full. Parking is down under the hotel and it is difficult to find the elevator. The room was OK, but I paid for an ocean view and the view was mostly of PCH. If you stood on the balcony and leaned over you could see the ocean. When we pulled back the covers on the beds, the sheets were wrinkled, like they had been slept in. The A/C was a wall unit and it did not cool the room. There were no movie channels. I was looking for a room near the airport for my last night, bad choice!
