The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, though there are no frills. You do get a refrigerator, but no hair dryers, or coffe makers. A microwave is available in a downstairs common coffee room. Flat screen TV offers cable. WIFI is available. Pool is small, but clean. Close to a busy road, and you can hear traffic, but it is also directly next door to a really good restaurant. Thought the beds were pretty hard. Staff was friendly, room was ready early. Great for an inexpensive place to stay. Note: no elevators for us handicapped people, and stairs can be tough.

The staff were very sweet people . I don't care for fancy rooms because its usually just just for sleeping and getting ready, my thing is if the people are careing and they were. But I did notice that the heater didn't work after 30 min, I forgot to tell them. I wish I had another blanket but I was tired.

When my father arrived to the hotel room stinkys horrible, the staff never clean his room. We went to the reception and the person in charge told me that they dont have a maid at that moment. they can offered clean towels. the towels arrived 1 1/2 later. awfull experience.

I am really happy with my stay in this hotel. I will be back if I need to stay in the area. Great location.

was conveniently located for purposes of this trip - business only - however it was fronted by a mall and was not conducive to tourism. staff provided assistance as needed - room served purpose, but nothing more than that. for burbank value was good.

The bed was too hard, the toilet leaked, there was no clock, the room was no smoking, it smelled of stale smoke with air freshener added I have stayed in much nicer hotels recently for a fraction of the cost.

Reserved a NONsmoking room online. When we walked in, the smell of smoke was heavy in the air. We went back to the office to ask for a NONsmoking room, but It was the only room with 3 beds for a family of 4. The refrigerator didn't work. The neighbors party was heard through the walls. The wifi seemed to lag.. it was slow.

Friendly check-in, good location right across from the Galleria in Glendale, CA. No elevator to second floor rooms. Light next to bed didn't work, was never replaced during stay. Air conditioner blows air but doesn't cool. Not a big problem in October, but it didn't do much for the humidity. Bathroom fan and light made so much noise, I used bathroom in the dark. Water cut-off between tub and shower didn't work, so tub filled with water and shower sort of drooled. Great fridge with freezer. Good size work table. TV has "sleep" setting on remote. This is great because hotel is noisy. Don't understand how come big brawny bikers with just a backpack got the first floor and knee-surgery person on teaching assignment had to drag stuff upstairs. After asking.

All I can say ia I loved the locations. The hotel was great.
