Good hotel for the price
The hotel was a good place to stay at.. The cleaning ladies were very nice.. good place to stay at only 10minutes away from universal studios if you take the short cut... but over all it was good... i would stay there again.

Good budget hotel
Spent one night at the hotel while in the area for a wedding. We were checked in and had access to the room before 1pm which allowed us plenty of time to change clothes for the wedding. The hotel was clearly quite dated. It could use some fresh paint and repair, but it was in decent shape for the price that we paid for the room. My entire transaction with the staff was about 5 minutes checking in and passing things back and forth through the slot under the bullet proof glass window. This of course leads me to think that the neighborhood on Colorado Ave isn't that great. The room was quiet. There were no noisy guests partying to keep up awake. It appears that several families were staying at the hotel.

Very little interaction with staff... I had some family visit with me during my visit in Glendale. No special request. Room okay for the money. Would consider staying again should the need come up. Parking became an issue later on in the evening. There was a 30 foot RV that took up lots of space and made it difficult to get a good parking space.

without a pool, that is just a place to lay ones head, could be cleaner.

Forget it
Other than the fact that the sheets were clean I have nothing good to say about this hotel. Carpet and walls were dirty, holes in the walls and door frames, no coffee or even tissues. Two microwaves (one didn't work) a table lamp with a broken on/off switch and missing light bulbs above the sink. Coffee pot in the lobby was filthy. Proximity to downtown Glendale didn't help. Next time I'll be prepared to walk further.

1st and for most we went to one location on colorado and was told all the rooms were booked, we had to drive alot 5 blocks to get to another place that looked like a small apartment complex the room it self was decent , it actually looked like a old studio apartmnent , had a stove and a full size fridge over all if ur staying for one night then its worth the value other wise pick another place.

great for a short night stay
Staff was mediocre, room was good stained chair but other than that great tv, cable n nice bathroom. Location was great, only stayed for one night and would go back for a short stay again.

it's a motel, not a hotel or inn. doors open to parking lot. airconditioning units are loud. spend a little extra and stay somewhere else
