it's a motel, not a hotel or inn. doors open to parking lot. airconditioning units are loud. spend a little extra and stay somewhere else

smelly rooms
The rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and we had a non-smoking room. When we arrived, the doors to the rooms were open as if they were trying to air them out. In one of my rooms, there were two cigarette burns in the comforter. In the other room, there was a cigarette burn on the table. My daughter had booked these rooms for us online thinking they were going to be decent rooms, but afterward my son looked up the pictures online and found out that the pictures are not those of this hotel location, they are of the other location in Eagle Rock. This company or [...] have used incorrect pictures for the hotel at this location. We were disappointed with the rooms and will not stay here again.

Arizona travelers
OMG
[...]For this motel someone must have stuffed the ballot box with "good" reviews. I choose it because it had better reviews than a comparable motel down the street. The one down the street looked 10xbetter than this dive[...]

Great for the Price
This hotel was in a great location for the price. We traveled to LA to go to Universal Studios and Magic Mountain. The hotel was close to the freeway and in between both places, about 15 minutes from Universal and 35 minutes from Magic Mountain, plus downtown about 15 minutes as well. If you're looking for somewhere to sleep and go this is the place. A couple things I didn't like about the place... No Coffee Maker, they provide a refrigerator and microwave but no coffee, makes no sense to me. Also the pillows were very hard, the bed was awesome nice and soft but they need to upgrade the pillows. Last was the fact that the bedroom next to ours had the TV against the wall our bed was on, so at 6:00 in the morning I was awoken by a loud TV, if they would have designed the layouts with the TV's on the same wall we probably wouldn't have the problem. Other than that it was a great place.

NOTHING SPECIAL
I BOOKED ONE ROOM ONLINE TWO PEOPLE.WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE.WE WERE CHARGED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLAR EXTRA FOR TWO BEDS.

I arrived at 1:45am, with a late arrival request. Their computer was broken and they had no record of my confirmation. The staff member would not let me check in without paying a second time. After 20 minutes of arguing, the owner came out and found my reservation on the internet. The staff member was polite but unhelpful. There were bugs in the bathtub.

It was great. For the price it included wi-fi, hair dryer, iron. It was nice. Worth the money.
