The best in this price range
I have stayed at many budget hotels while travelling for work, and this is one of the best that I keep coming back to when I am in the area. The owner and his son are always friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to 101. On some days if you have a room facing the nearby gas station you may hear noise associated with the gas station, so I usually stay on the other side. All of the electrical outlets, lights, showers, heaters, etc. in all the rooms I have stayed in are functional, which is a bit unusual at low priced motels. Also the rooms do not smell bad, nor do they reek of disinfectant like a hospital. The rooms have large flatscreen TV's, and the channels are exactly where the convenient channel guide says they are. The wifi has always worked well for me, although a coworker said it was slow once.

friendly staff
Good value, staff is friendly, rooms are clean, they are quick to address issues and were great returning something to me that I forgot in the room. If only the air in Gilroy didn't reek of garlic!

As Expected, A Chevy in a Box!
Just a good utilitarian sleeping stop hotel. Clean, a bit worn, but quiet. Shower worked, bed was comfortable, and the cont. bkfst was as expected. Does it all good, nothing great, nothing bad, and it's a familiar feeling place. Kind of like a Chevy, in a big box! Recommended.

Ramada Limited Gilroy needs renovations
I liked the fact that it was near the outlet malls and a bunch of places to eat. However, the rooms were severely in need of updating. There was water damage that was painted over by with paint that didn't match so it gave me the feeling that there could be mold. Very depressing decor. Pillows were very stiff and thin. Lots of truck and street noise. Very nice front desk staff.

A huge variety of outlet stores just on the other side of the freeway. Requires a drive but less than 5 minutes.
