Ramada Limited Gilroy

Pretty standard experience. The only comment I have is that the non-smoking room, apprently, was formerly a smoking room and you could smell the cleaners they used to remove the smell of smoke. At $59/night, including taxes, I'd go back.

I have stayed at many budget hotels while travelling for work, and this is one of the best that I keep coming back to when I am in the area. The owner and his son are always friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to 101. On some days if you have a room facing the nearby gas station you may hear noise associated with the gas station, so I usually stay on the other side. All of the electrical outlets, lights, showers, heaters, etc. in all the rooms I have stayed in are functional, which is a bit unusual at low priced motels. Also the rooms do not smell bad, nor do they reek of disinfectant like a hospital. The rooms have large flatscreen TV's, and the channels are exactly where the convenient channel guide says they are. The wifi has always worked well for me, although a coworker said it was slow once.

We stayed here and founf it onlt about a 30 minute drive to the track. Quiet pleasant place. Decent continental breakfast. Good value.

Found several dead bugs scattered around the room, smelled of cigarettes even though the room was designated non-smoking. Shower leaked out onto the floor. For $150 a night I didn't expect anything more than average, but this room disappointed even that expectation. I would not recommend these accommodations to anyone.

For the purposes of this trip the hotel/motel experience wasn't that important to me, other than that it was clean and accommodating (facilities, furnishings, etc.) worked the way they should and the staff were welcoming, friendly, etc. - and on both these points this Ramada Limited was just fine, and especially given the price. Nonetheless, an overall updating refurbishment seems in order - that is, despite everything working well and being clean and comfortable, it seems about 10 years old or so in terms of style and decor. But again, I just note this - it didn't bother me to the point that I wouldn't recommend this venue for the value.

was dirty.when checking in other guest were complaing about how dirty the rooms were and the spa was filty.one guest had water leaking from the roof.my room was ok but got up the next morning with bug bites on my body.had a second day paid for but did not stay left for another motel across the road.will not come back.no english speaking help stay away.

This was a great little motel for an overnight stay, and the staff was super friendly. I can't speak to how useful it is for several nights, but it definitely served my purposes.

Good value, staff is friendly, rooms are clean, they are quick to address issues and were great returning something to me that I forgot in the room. If only the air in Gilroy didn't reek of garlic!
