Overbill

I prepaid $176.00 for my two day at this hotel. Upon my arrival they required a $100.00 deposit for amenities charges which they have nothing at this hotel extra for your comfort. Later that night the hotel charged my credit card another amount of $207.41 for the room where I had already prepaid $176.00 and $100 deposit. After talking to the front desk three times and two telephone calls my account was credited the $207.41 three days later. I am still waiting for the credit on the $100 deposit.

Broken Elevator in a hotel

The room appearance and linen were qfar below expectation for the price. The front desk staff need more training on customer service. Thank God for the Manager.. Rick. The elevator was not working, there was no assistance to carry your luggage to and from the 3rd level stairs.

Just a night was enough

The staff know how to say no in very nice ways! Hated the stay, they room, the shower! It was Ghetto! They say no more than anywhere else I have stayed. Extended Stay brands are hard enough to swallow at times, but this place here takes the cake. They revel in their lack to provide quality lodging. The staff including the General Manager lacks the motivation and attitude to make genuine efforts to meeting the needs of its guest. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

Great for the Value

This is a great place for the value. Just stayed one night so didn't expect too much. Room was clean, staff was very friendly! Check in and out was easy. Would definitely stay again for the value.

Off 405 freeway

Nice staff. Take your own Lysol...door to bathroom not cleaned....air vents...lots of dust....microwave had to be replaced.... that said ... a comfortable room and safe.

Travel south on Vermont to Sepelvedua for room necessities etc, food, beauth and health aides.

not good

nightmare,frontdesk personel very rude we end up 3:30 pm before we check in,we went to this place for comfort but we end up,stressful.i will never be back and will never recomend to anybody.no consideration at all.

Nice place to stay for people on a budget

I stayed 3 nights so didn't expect any maid service. I had to go out and buy coffee and breakfast, but that's no big deal since I saved money on lodging. The staff was courteous.

ESA - Gardena, CA

When I checked in I was told my reservation was not in the system. There was a problem but the clerk figured it out and checked me in. The TV remote did not work. I asked for new batteries and the remote still did not work. I borrowed a hair dryer and it did not work. I plugged it in all the electric outlets and it still did not work. I went out and bought a hair dryer. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
