Family vaca
It was wonderful. Room was very clean along with bathrooms. Room service didn't respond to our call twice. But that was the least of our worries. Overall, grat place to stay at.

It was nice!!!
Everything was great with exception to the parking. They have limited parking and do Valet and there is a charge we were unaware of of $12.00 per night to park. The valets were not aware of certain functions with vehicles and kill switches. I received a call at 2am as they were unable to get my vehicle stated to move from the front entrance of the hotel, mind you were back at the Hotel by 11:00pm.. They did credit us back one night of parking I believe due to this issue as they only charged for one nght. Other than that is was really NICEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

Great Stay!
I had a great experience here - comfortable and clean, very friendly staff, short drive to disneyland - the only thing missing was free parking and a mini fridge. Parking: it was 12$ a night, and a very full parking lot. I know this is cheaper than other places, but still added quite a bit to the final bill. Mini fridge: I'm so used to these just being in the room, and so I brought my own breakfast.... the first night we got away with a sink full of ice, but after that we just had to throw our perishables away. I guess I should have checked about this, but now I'm aware. Despite those two things, I would definitely stay here again!!

Good times in California!
I loved every minute of my stay there. I recommend it if you don't mind it being a little far from Disney. I will definitely plan my next stay there. Thnx.

Disney Parent
Decent place to stay for Disneyland vacation
Overall, this is a decent place to stay if you're going to take your kids to Disneyland. The Good: 1) Comfortable beds and pillows. 2) Pretty clean for a hotel 3) Good staff The Bad: 1) Parking is extremely limited and it's NOT free. 2) Shuttle to Disneyland is not free. I ended up having to drive 2.5 miles to the Disneyland parking structure and taking the tram back into the park. So, unless you want to walk the 1.5 miles into Disneyland, location here doesn't matter too much.

not as happy as I should be
I rated everything at least 4 stars and above but the reason I gave the overall 3 stars was that the day I left they took a $50 "amenities" deposit...really?? What was the point of booking and paying ahead of time. Not sure if I'm naive or not but that doesn't seem right. 48 hours later it hasn't been deposited back into the bank even though the clerk said it was released immediately

Good place, but they don't talk about the parking...
It's a good hotel. The price is slightly higher than I wanted to pay, but the location made it worth it. The Anaheim convention center is just under a mile away. The 20 minute walk was faster than driving or taking a cab just before a convention opening. The thing to be aware of is the $12 per day parking charge. They surprise you with that one after you arrive. This really should be in the hotel description. If it's there I didn't see it.
