Hyatt hotel stay
Was not satisfied wifi was not free this is the first hotel that wifi was not free. The shuttle & parking had to pay for both usually it's one or the other from our experience. Never again going to this hotel.

Best Anniversary Ever
This hotel is exemplary in all ways. My hasband I went for our anniversary snd they upgraded us to a hotel suite. In 14 years no one has ever offered. Every staff member we met were courteous and kind from the front desk to room service to the parking attendant. Also, the lobby is serene, clean, and beautiful. The room itself is spacious and contains all the regular Hyatt amenities. As for the $4 fee for a roundtrip shuttle? Who cares? I thought it was a bargain since it was spacious, clean, and came every 30 min. In essence, we will be back.

Too many extra costs
Great hotel great room but $16 per day to park your car plus $9.95 per day for internet access. These extras should both be free.

Perfect for a family Disneyland get away!
Great value! It was everything the website said it was and more! Even the hotel restaurant was great. And very convenient after walking around all day. We could go to Disneyland, come to the hotel to rest, have dinner and go back to Disneyland! The staff was first class and very helpful. The Disneyland shuttle service ran every half hour and was always on time! I would recommend this service to anyone going to Disneyland. It was a rainy weekend, we were a family of 5 with a 1 year old and all his gear. It was important for us to get as close to the gate as possible. It was perfect, and to our surprise the drivers were entertaining as well! I will stay here every time I plan on a trip to Disneyland or the area.

Great weekend
We could check in early which made it easy to spend the day at Disneyland and go straight to our room after along day. Valet packing was wonderful and easy to use. Average price. Brunch was excellant and a good value. Room was clean.

I love to go a wandering
Just the two of us!
Excellent! LOVE the Hyatt! Stayed at Hyatt on Maui and it SURPASSED our expectations! This hotel in Anaheim is gorgeous...as all their properties seem to be. Excellent, friendly, accommodating staff and prompt! Great room service, beautiful pool(s), great breakfast buffet w/ children under 10 half price and they ended up not even charging me for my grandsons meal. A little pricey for " extras" such as in room movie 16.99! Ridiculous! Valet was $22 day which I used, but too much I think... Private hotel shuttle to park was only $4 and children under 10 are free. Very, very relaxing and rooms immaculate and beds...THE BEST! That's WHY we stay here!
