Fantastic Family Getaway
We really enjoyed the hotel, it has the best exercise room I have ever found at a hotel. The breakfast was pretty expensive but delicious. We would defintely stay again and have already recommended it to a friend.

Get the free breakfast when you book the reservation we were never back in time for our free kids lunch and dinner, so the only meal we ate in the hotel was breakfast.

Too expensive for an oridnary hotel room
First of all, what kind of hotel makes you pay for parking?! Yes, the hotel is fancy, but the room is nothing out of the ordinary. You would expect that for the price you wuld at least get either a small fridge or a microwave in the room. Also, Doesnt have good television channels. Overall not happy with the prices. I mean 15 dollars per day for parking?? First time i hear of this. First and last time coming to this hotel. Sorry

Marvelous!
I cannot think of anything negative or un-complementary about this hotel. I have traveled all over the world, and this hotel ranked, in my opinion, as world-class. The food served at all of the restaurants as well as room service was superb. I was addressed by name each time I interacted with staff, and was made to feel like I was a VIP guest. The hotel's location couldn't be better for access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment; the Disney shuttle was always prompt and the drivers courteous and helpful. I will be back for sure, even if I am not going to Disneyland...if I have business anywhere in that part of Southern California, I will be staying at the Hyatt Orange County.

Casa Garcia Mexican Restaurant is a very short walk from the Hyatt and has excellent food and service. Prices are low and the food is plentiful from this family owned eatery. Go hungry!!

the staff made it worth it...
the good: The staff was friendly and very helpful and made the stay worth it. There were no neighbor noise and my room did have a large LCD TV. Overall clean room and common space the bad: the rooms where small for a double queen compared to other Hyatt Hotels I’ve stayed at. They had no HD stations so the large LCD TV picture was useless. No real amenities in my cheaper rooms – no microwave or small frig. The air con fan noise was loud. One big surprise was there was little room lighting – all we had was the entry light, one dim bed light and one desk lap for the entire room – it made it harder to find things at night… the ugly: They contract out their Disney bus service to a outside company. While the drivers were friendly and helpful – as they were trying to upgrade the service and changed pickup point at the park without notice. They need to run more buses or a larger bus during peak hours and be on time for pick-ups – they left people behind – one night they were almost 20min late.

It was really nice. I had a one king size room. The room was a little bit smaller than what I expected, but it was clean and neat.
