Hyatt Regency Orange County

I had a fabulous experience at the Hyatt. I gave 4 stars to Ameneties because they did not have an indoor hot tub and it was too cold for me after my meetings to go outside. So I could not enjoy the hottub which is a health requirement from my doctor. And the staff was excellent... just a minor detail... my cleaning lady did not pick up my trash when she cleaned the room... but she was still on my floor when I came to my room, she apologized and picked it up... And the bed, the pillow, the comfort.... the beauty of the room...OMG... it's HEAVEN!! Will definitely stay there... again...Only wish they offered in-door hot tub or in-room hot tub.

Pros: restuarants near by: Joes crab shack, Red robin, Buca de Beppo, Outback. stores: Target. Amenities: Gym and pool hours. Starbucks cons: buffet at TusCa, expensive Deli, no internet access, room not made up till after 3 pm. Asked for turn down and they did not take away wet towels.

We booked this room very last minute, for a New Years Eve stay after visiting the Disneyland Resort. The location was extremely convenient, the room was extremely comfortable and spacious, and over all the hotel exemplified a clean contemporary design. I will definitely visit again. The "Kids Suite" is great for a family, or group of friends.

The best part is the spacious, clean and like new kids suites. Kids had their own large space, TV and bunks. We had our own TV and king bed. Room service is affordable as well. Heated outdoor pool on 3rd level (not the one on the ground level outside) is wonderful for the kids. Staff was great. We are particular with our hotels and would return again!

Clean rooms. Great beds. The suites with bunks, are a great. Everything is as you expect it should be. And the staff are great.

This place was a great place to stay at. Me and My wife, mom and three little ones had a pleasant stay here would recommend this hotel to anyone staying. Shuttle basically leaves and picks you up every thirty minutes to disneyland. Will stay there again. Beer is ice cold after a long day at disney.

The Hyatt was a nice place to get away from the Disney crazyness and relax and refresh in the nice lobby bar.

This hotel is amazing! The views, the friendliness of the staff, and the fact that they really try to make youe feel as if it is your hotel!

We were having our home fumigated and were going to have our 67' GTO towed to a friend's house in Santa Barbara. After waiting all day the tow truck never showed up so we needed a place to stay. We were tired and hungry and feeling homeless. We choose the Hyatt because it is awesome. Unfortunately, we checked in too late to use the pool, but did have a terrific brunch. The $15.00 parking is excessive and unecessary especially in light of the prices for the food and room. It should be waived.

I came here with a group of friends to go to Disneyland. The hotel was a standard hotel, nothing special and not horrible. The bathroom has no fan, kinda sucks. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING, $15 per night, kinda ludicrous I think. The restaurant in the hotel is incredibility expensive for what it is, I think it's $20 for the buffet? It's good, but I don't know if it's worth it. They had a shuttle to go to Disneyland, it was reliable but very crowded, to be expected. Overall, it was very average, would not stay at again.
