Hampton Inn & Suites Los Angeles/Anaheim-Garden Grove

The room offer was not what I expected and either I misunderstood or it was misleading. I was charged for parking when it was advertised as free.

Great service and Great Price, Good Location really close to Disneyland.

I booked the room at the last minute , overall It was a good hotel the only think I was disappointed at was when I walked in to the room the sink was backed up, when asked the front desk to switch room he wasn't helpful at first it took about half an hour to switch room. The complementary breakfast it was very good .

Had a grea time! The staff was couterous and the rooms were clean. The only real complaint was that on their shuttle back from Disneyland there were not enoug seats for the guests, so some of us had to wait another 30 minutes to get back to the hotel. The breakfast bar was all right, not spectacular. After saying all Of that, I will stay here again.

My family planned a trip to Disneyland this year. Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was great. I especially appreciate that they were able to accomodate us with an early check in. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located approximately 1.5 miles away from Disneyland and they offer a shuttle to and from the parks for a small fee. The shuttles were very convenient and always on time. Our room was very clean and I loved that it had a microwave and a small fridge. They also offer breakfast everyday. The waffles were great! There is a Target nearby, as well as an Outback Restaurant and Red Robin.

Good location if you are visiting disneyland. You can even buy great value tickets to disneyland park. Very clean and fresh air, the pool size is great if you are traveling with kids.

The staff was very friendly and the location was good with restaurants and a Target close by, about a 5 minute walk. The breakfast was also nice and a great way to start the day and save some money away from Disneyland. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our hotel was darn near perfect for our family of 5. Our 3 kids range in age from 6 to 12, and we would not hesitate one tiny bit from staying here again, or recommending it to family and friends. The staff all had smiles for us, and made us all feel important, even the youngest of the kids. They were extrememly helpful and polite, the breakfast service was a huge bonus, getting our tummies full for some adventurous days at Disneyland. The shuttle service was excellent, right out the front door, and 6 minutes to Disneyland. Rooms were spacious and clean. We had a balcony with a perfect un-obstructed view of the fireworks, perfect for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture back to the park and fight the crowds. Special mention to staff members: [...], who always had a smile and a kind word for us, and took the time to chat with us, and we left feeling we had made a new friend. And [...], who made our kids feel special and respected in the breakfast area, and always made the time for a small chat. The housekeepers, and the front desk staff ([...]) were polite and friendly. As I mentioned before, we had a wonderful stay here, and would recommend it highly to anyone who asks! Thanks for making our first trip to Disneyland so memorable.

It was a great experience, clean, comfortable, food was great.....

The hotel was nice clean and comfortable. I asked for a crib and was given a pack and play which my 2 year old would not have fit in. Also there was an additional charge for parking which I thought was wrong since it should have been included in the price and since I was not told ahead of time.
