Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

Upon checking in, the front desk (India lady) was extremely rude. The rooms that we were in smelled absolutely horrendous, like someone urinated all over the place. I went back to tell the lady if we could get another room, she had an attitude and later gave us the king bed. We had paid for 2 queens, so we didn't get the difference refunded. The bed and pillow was so hard it was uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't wait till morning to leave. NEVER COMING BACK!!!

Customer service was great!!! Will stay again because of that!

Pictures describing hotel are not accurate, area not safe, bathroom toilet had the remains of human feces, bathroom had what looks liked mold or stains. We took one look at the room and demanded a refund. Staff refused saying “all sales final”. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a late flight in & took the airport shuttle to the motel. When I got there, there was no staff at the desk, & it took them a long time to answer the bell. I had prepaid for a nonsmoking room on the 1st floor, but was told I would have to pay an extra $16 for the 1st flr. I was really mad about the "extra charge", but so dog tired, I paid the surplus fee. Then the next morning, there was hardly anything offered at the 'continental breakfast'. I would not recommend this place again.

I was only there as for a night on the way to a trip to Vegas; However the room was spacious, welcoming, spotless, comfortable and had everything you would like for a longer term stay! It's easy to find and conveniently right off the freeway! The management is very kind, my parking plans for fourth of July weekend did not work out and they allowed me to leave my car at their location on my trip to Vegas! I was sooo greatful I gave them a 50 dollar tip!

My daughter and I were in town for a business seminar. Our goal was to just get an inexpensive room to grab a nap between classes... therefore we weren't expecting much in the way of comfort at a low price range. We were pleasantly surprised by [...], our host who was very gracious and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable and the beds were new and VERY COMFY! Great shower head too! Overall, a nice quiet place and a pleasant experience.Thanks [...]!!

When I checked in she never checked my credit card or ID to confirm it was me. I booked the room online, but I still wasn't comfortable with that. Their website said complimentary breakfast which I did not receive. It was nice for a last min deal. Price was cheap, but you get what u pay for . I would stay somewhere else next time .

Was easy to get to, the rep at the registration window was very nice and helpful, was a normal stay at a hotel, perfect for what we needed.

As I drove into the parking lot my heart sank, because it did NOT look like the same hotel pictured in the posting I viewed. It was more run-down and the pool was covered oddly enough it was over 75-80 degrees that weekend. I walked into the lobby and was not greeted by a friendly clerk and I sat out there for about 20 minutes. During that time the clerk was on her cell phone in the back the entire duration of my visit and did not acknowledge me once. I was so disappointed with the appearance and lack of hospitality that I did not hesitate to leave and find a new hotel, accept the cancelation fee, and cancel our second night. I would recommend to ANYONE to spend the extra $20 to get something 100x better!
