First time to Disney
Overall this hotel was good. There was a bunch of kids hockey teams there that were a bit out of control but other than that it was good. Could turn up the heat a bit in the pool, was quite cold for a heated pool. Buffet breakfast was average, same things everyday and seemed to be sitting there for a while, not worth the $15. Shuttle was very good, ran on time. Very close to quite a few good restaurants.

BEWARE DOWN PAYMENT
We booked this hotel through a travel company and were not told that upon check in we had to either give them $150 in cash, or charged on our credit card or debit card! for insadentals and it would be released when we checked out. so much for using that for gifts!!!! so we decided that since they had it we would order room service, I know its expenceive everywere but come on at least have some quality to it. they also have resort fees which luckily for us were inculded in our package. beds were ok not great and parking was in the back of the hoteland it was not fun trying ti get to the loby when they had conferences in their ball room. in all not worth what we had to go through.

if you go to see World of Color in Califoria Adventure get a fast pass when the park opens and be ready to wait almost 2 hours before the show starts and try to plan your seat to get a good view, many parents will put children on sholders.

Not a fantastic getaway
Appearance at the Hotel is very nice. We had rude neighbors with kids that were up all night. The kids would be slamming doors and then kick our door and take off running. It frightened my family. The beds were uncomfortable. When I informed the front desk all they had to say was "sorry about that".

Surprise "fees" when checking in
When we checked into our hotel we were greeted with an additional $50 for our stay in "fees". They charged us for the "complementary" shuttle to Disney land. On the list there were many other things listed, but we didn't use any of the amenities. The business center charges $1.00 per minute, $1.50 per printed page, but was also listed as to what we were paying the additional fees for. This hotel was a huge disappointment. Uncomfortable rooms, rude staff, and hidden fees. Travelers beware.

Hidden Charges
I took the family to Disneyland for a couple of days. The first impression of the Hotel was not a good one. There is very limited parking for the guests. The self-parking is shared by another competitive hotel which left very limited parking during our stay. They have Valet parking right in the front of the property for $16 per day and an additional $12 per day resort fee. I guess the resort fee is for the pool and exercise room? The appearance of the lobby can give a person the impression that the rooms are very nice and it was a slight let down. We had two rooms and there were not any adjoining rooms available. The beds were not too comfortable but the maid service was very good. There was no business center as I had been lead to believe, which was disappointing because I would have brought my laptop. The breakfast buffet was good with a lot of variety but a little pricey. The rooms are not too sound proof, you hear the comings and goings of people in the hallways and I would not consider myself a light sleeper. Lastly, they did have an excellent shuttle service to Disneyland that we did use during our stay. Again due to limited parking if you find a spot less than a half mile to the hotel you need to keep it.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
There are a lot of small eateries close to the Hotel as well as a Target store very close by. In fact the parking in the eateries are closer than the self parking to the hotel.

Great customer service & reasonable rate
Overall experience was great, the room was clean, hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. :) P.S. Just beware that the hotel will charge extra $12 resort internet & shuttle fee on top of the room charge per night.
