Anaheim Marriott Suites

Good value, we have stayed here before. I was disappointed they now charge for parking. I always have trouble with the free breakfast vouchers. They always insist it is not included in my booking and short change me for the vouchers. I waste time showing them my printouts in fact saying that breakfast is included and everyone in my party was promised breakfast. It is a hassle each time. Their explanation is they have many different incentive packages and cant keep them straight. Not my problem!

Loved having the separate living room area. Was so nice for those that wanted to get up early. I would've rated this 5 five stars if they had 2 queen beds vs 2 doubles, but other than that, would definitety stay there again.

Hotel charges for things that others offer for free. Example: parking $8 a night, high speed internet $12.95 a day. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby, but the pass code they give out is only good for 30 minutes. No microwave in the room.

This hotel is far from 4 stars. Our room look at the roof on the second floor worst view we have ever had. Room was very worn, couch bed was broken and very dirty. Pool is just gross. Poeple were smoking and drinking and carring on like didn't kids in front of them. Be prepared to pay to park.

Chose this hotel for it's proximity to Disneyland. Took my wife and 2 kids, 3 & 4 years old. Liked the idea of a suite with a separate room. The fold out couch was perfect for small children, and with a door between the living room and bedroom, we didn't have to be silent to allow the kids to sleep. The hotel is nice, clean, and has great amenities near by, including a Target with grocery right across the street and 3 chain restaurants (Joe's Crab Shack, Red Robin, Outback) in the parking lot. There are a few drawbacks, they treat the hotel like a Spirit/Allegiant airlines flight. They charge for everything extra, including parking ($8 a day), internet ($12 a day), and shuttle ($5 adults, $1 for kids 5+) among the things I looked in to. Another thing worth mentioning, unless you book directly through the Mariott website, you are not guaranteed a specific type of room. We book ed a single King and ended up with 2 Doubles. The front desk clerk told us they had no Kings available (we arrived around 8 pm), but if we checked with them in the morning, they would move us if one was open. We chose not to pack everything up and make the move. The hotel staff is extremely polite and helpful. We never once passed an employee without being greeted and offered assistance. There is a decent restaurant on the premises and a Starbucks in the lobby. There is also a bell staff and a desk just for Disney info (including tickets), both of which were very helpful. Aside from being nickel and dime'd for internet and parking, it was a good experience. The staff is top notch and we never encountered anyone with a negative attitude. I would stay here again.

The room was great, shower head leaked bad, otherwise was a great stay

Excellent customer service, my boys enjoyed the suite. Very comfortable. I reccomend this hotel.

The hotel was close to everything and it's very convenient. We had a good time staying. We would go back and stay there again.

in this day of needing computer access the hotel charged $0.59/minute $5 minimum which I think is ridiculous, most hotels I've stayed at have internet access for their guests
