the staff was friendly, room was clean,location great. Not a bad breakfast either. I would stay there again

Room was clean a neat all nights. Breakfast was OK. Staff was helpful and courteous. The only thing was walking distance to my room, which was little too long, and poorly signaled to carry several pieces of luggage. They way was little confusing also. No WiFi access to internet while most hotels offer that these days.

We were travelling to Disneyland from Scotland and having been to California before we expected great things from this hotel - we got far from that. We booked for 5 people we only got enough space for 4 people and they had the cheek to make us pay for a roll away bed. Asked for a wake up call for 6 am we got this at 8 am. The carpet felt like it hadn't been cleaned for years. Considering there were 5 people staying here we only got 3 towels. There were dishes left outside a nearby room for a whole week, hot water was intermittent.The toilet didn't flush. Only one of the washing machines worked and on the occasion I needed to use it, it was being used by a staff member. THE BEST BIT (I say sarcastically) they published pictures of my children on their website and Facebook page without my consent. I have registered a complaint with them and was told that the owner did not speak good English so he could not email me himself. Bad service all round - do not stay here!! The only good

is a very good hotel close to disneyland , you can use the shuttle to go to and return from there. breakfast is a lot better than regular continental and the place is a real 3-4 stars roomy,confy and good attencion ,all you need for a good vacation.

close to disneyland. no additional fees for parking. pool was nice and warm. room comfortable. would have liked a hot tub. room did not have a microwave or refridgerator. did have a full cooked breakfast that was good.

The hotel was very nice and I asked to switch to a room with a patio and the receptionist was very accommodating. The free breakfast was good and the shuttle to Disneyland was punctual. The only downfall was that We wanted to stay at the park later but couldn't because the last shuttle was at 11:15. Also the maid service was bad. Instead of giving us clean towels they just folded up our dirty ones and put them back on the rack

Over all our stay was nice. Things that could have been changed the breakfast was the same thing over and over again, and it wasn't really all that great the first day let alone four other days. They would be better off just putting out donuts and bagels. The only other thing I would change is the shuttle schedule. You couldn't get a ride back from Disneyland in the middle of the day so you had to wait tell five or take a cab. One other thing was on the website it said rooms had fridges and microwaves which is one of the reasons we picked this hotel. When we got there we were told it was a $10 a night charge for each one. That was kind of disappointing considering no where did it say there would be a charge. Rooms were nice and quiet. Staff was nice and friendly.

For the price it was amazing. The hotel stff were office and the breakfast wasn't to bad at all. Free shuttle to disney land was great! I suggest not booking through [...]... They DID NOT send our reservation over and three other peoples and it was a flash flood warning and didnt have alot of fun at midnight trying to get dry and a nice bed! The hotel was great and upgraded us... It wasn't even their fault. Its a little ways from disney but nice because, the free shuttle that runs every hour. I like being away because, it's quiet!
