Comfort and convenience in a prime location
The Crowne Plaza Hotel Fullerton is conveniently located near to family attractions such as Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center, enabling guests to easily mix business with leisure. This comfortable hotel is packed with modern amenities, including a fitness center, a whirlpool and an outdoor swimming pool. I stayed in this hotel recently with my mother and two sisters. The first night we arrived we found our room in an unacceptable condition. The couch in the room had a large, unidentifiable stain that smelled horribly. We tried to call the lobby to notify them but the phone in the room was not working! The sink in the bathroom was also clogged. After we used our cell phone to notify hotel management about the situation, they took an hour and a half to get back to us while we were left stranded in the lobby. This was at 1 in the morning! When they finally offered us another room, they did not make any effort to make us feel better. They did not give us any sort of upgrade let alone an apology. In fact, the management team had a very defensive attitude: they argued that it was not their faults because the cleaning lady did a bad job! After a lengthy discussion, we were finally able to at least get a complimentary breakfast from them--since breakfast was a separate charge! Avoid this hotel at all COSTS! The rooms are unclean, the staff know nothing about customer service, and it's in the middle of nowhere! We had to drive 15 minutes to find someplace to eat!

Great for the price!
We were in town for just a few days and we are very happy we stayed at this hotel. It was in a great location, had free parking AND wi-fi all for a very reasonable price. The bathroom left a little to be desired, but everything else was first class!

If it wasn't for a wedding at this hotel, it would have been unlikely that I'd have stayed here. The staff was efficient and friendly and we're grateful!

Great place for a reunion
We were there for a small reunion of school friends and the hotel accomadated us very well. Although the hotel is older, the rooms and surroundings were well kept. We enjoyed our time there.

Short drive from hotel
The restaurant at the hotel is too expensive, but if you'd like a great dinner (or even lunch) try eating at the Spaghetti Factory which is just a short drive from the hotel.

over all pretty good
over all it was pretty good just some little things that I didn't like, one was that the bathroom wasn't very well maintained the mirror was messed up and the sink wouldn't drain right. the only big thing was the noise from the highway that is right by the hotel, you couldn't open the door to the balcony with out the defining highway drowning everything out. The place was CEAN and had very friendly staff that would gladly give you your privacy. The hotel bar was nice clean and had good food. over a i would go back but wouldn't stay in what they called the tower again because of the noise.
