served its purpose
Was new to the area but it seemed to be to be relatively safe spot. Close to a couple nice shopping centers and restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was "OK". Just a couple things though. No shampoo, just a tiny bar of soap.Luckily I brought my own. Bed was very stiff. I kept getting a smell of urine. I think it was in the carpet near the TV. Stripped the comforter and used a sleeping bag and my own pillow on the bed. Linens were clean. Overall it served its purpose but will not be staying there again. Go into Clovis which is right down the street. Its much nicer that way.

It was ok
Bare minimum kinda of place. Hot tub wasn't working. Vending machines were out of order. Continental breakfast was eh. The only good thing about it was the location and the rate, although I think it could have been a little cheaper. Overall, the room was clean, A/C worked, and the location was good for the activites we had planned while in Fresno.

As advertised
Just what I wanted, an inexpensive place to spend the night, close to Cal State Fresno. Rooms were clean and towels were plentiful. Thought it might be noisy, but it wasn't and Starbucks was footsteps away.

Cheap OK Stay
wireless did not work anywhere on the property and they had multiple routers too. No remote or chanel guide in the room, had to ask for them. No option for microwave or fridge. Basic cheap stay. Recommend on price alone.

Good Value, Good Location
Room was ready upon arrival, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and made up. A great location, and a good value for the price. I'd stay here again.

I picked this hotel for it location, (close to Fresno states baseball field. This is just an average hotel, nothing special.

Road tripper
Nice place to overnight
We needed a place to stay leaving Yosemite to Vegas. It worked well, quite convenient to the interstate. While we only stayed one night, seemed like a great location with the university right there and a lot of nice looking restaurants on that street.
