TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fresno

This hotel was close to every thing good malls,banks and restaurants, the room was clean and quiet, I am planning another trip to Fresno this summer and plan to stay at the Towneplace Suites again.

We visited with family and friends and attended our niece's wedding. We visited Fresno in July 2009 and stayed in a less desirable hotel which cost almost as much. This was a lovely area and hotel close to everything. The only thing we would improve upon was the message light didn't work on the phone, which we discovered too late, and the hide-a-bed was broken. The breakfast was great; we had a kitchen and the bed slept well. We had lots of pillows. Great place to stay!

The hotel is a block from the 41 and adjacent to an Ihop. Room hvac smelled a little musty but the bed was comfortable. Close to a mall and a main street (Herndon).

I have stayed at Marriotts like this before and have always liked them. I especially like the smoke-free facility.

this hotel is pretty decent for the price we paid for it. room is clean, the kitchen(had pots & pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator) was a nice option if you are on a budget and just tired of fast food. the room we had included a queen bed and a sofa bed which was perfect for my husband and i and for my son. they had complimentary on the run breakfast (no pancakes, eggs, bacon, but did have boiled eggs). they had a small gym area, pool, & wire internet. this location is near the freeway but far enough from the noise. next door is IHOP, urgent care (in case u needed it), shopping and dining is short distance. it was about 6-10 minutes from Children's Hospital which was convenient for our nursing rotation. My husband thought it was a nice family hotel to have, pretty surprising since he is somewhat hard to please. This hotel for our family was definitely adequate for our needs. THANK YOU..

A very nice place clean and a very good location, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We used this hotel because of medical appointments. Location was great for shopping and resturants. They allow pets but the fee is $100. It would have been nice to be able to bring our dog but this fee is just to high. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

This was my first stay at a Townplace Suites, and I was pleasantly surprised by the accomodations, excellent for business travelers! Room had a spacious desk with internet connection,full kitchen, sofa, with a little bit more modern furnishings than found in most hotels. From now on I will look for more of these hotels to stay along my travels! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the Grab N Go breakfast is all you really need to start your day, along with their coffee!The staff even calls your room after you check in to ask if your room is ok!
