Good hotel close to 99 Freeway
There was nothing remarkable about this hotel, but it was above average in almost every area. Clean, everything worked, nice staff, spacious room, good bed, free breakfast, and close to the 99 Freeway. Fit the bill perfectly for a quick overnight stay.

In Hotel
Sometimes a hotel will run out of food if you catch the continental breakfast toward the end, rather than the beginning. I didn't encounter this issue here. Go ahead, sleep in a little!

great for the price
Stayed here while in town for a wedding. The staff was very friendly! It's in a good area of town, I lived there for over 20 yrs so I know that's not a bad location at all. Only complaint would be that the walls are kind of thin, also the room key would stop working every day. other than that everything was great the room was very nice for the price. we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying there again on our next visit.

New and Clean..Do you love Trains?
The Hotel is new and great but very close to train tracks that run all night. Neighborhood industrial and scary.....cannot take a walk!!! And i would not bring an expensive car.

La Quinta North Fresno
I arrived late, after 1 AM. I had called in advance to notify them of late arrival, and the night desk clerk was aware of a computer note to that effect. The breakfast offerings from 6-9 AM were a major convenience that I always appreciate. The room was very comfortable and I liked the powerful air conditioning, because Fresno is hot in July.

GREAT ROOM - GREAT VALUE !!!
This hotel is almost new & in a developing area, so some old buildings, vacant lots were nearby. NO cause for alarm, as we felt safe, there. Plenty of restaurants & shopping withing a mile. About 1 1/2 hour easy drive to Yosemite/Kings Canyon. This hotel was a GREAT value, with large ,fully equipped room , great staff, good breakfast included , & easy access to main highways. There is a train, nearby, but I never heard it at night. Get a room on the end where the pool is to be farthest away from the railroad. I highly recommend this hotel !!!

Wonderful Stay
We went to Fresno on vacation. This hotel was centrally located to the areas we wanted to visit. Although it was late when we arrived at the hotel (after 11pm), the front desk staff were freindly and very helpful. Every morning we were greeted with smiling faces asking if we had slept well. The breakfast was better than most I have had in hotels. The staff members were freindly, kind, and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and suggest a visit to the Forestier Underground Gardens which is just across the street.

Sightseeing tip:
Short drive from hotel
If you enjoy history and seeing the results of mans hard work visit the Forestier Underground Gardens; just across the street. If traveling with children, a day trip to Roeding Park is a must. The gate fee is $3.00 with wide open grassy fields and playgrounds. One of the larger parks I have visited. Inside the park is the Chafee Zoo (another fee but not too high) and the Storyland park which has amusment type rides for children. When we visited, the zoo had a baby giraffe that was 1 day old. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The Storyland park wasn't open however. I think it is only open on weekends.
