Great Hotel, but a good cleaning would be nice
The hotel was wonderful the only complaint I have is that the bathtub could use a good cleaning....

It is an excellent hotel within easy walking distance of airport terminal. Great price offered better than airport for long term parking. Indoor spa and pool good for relaxation. Restaurant adequate for meals without having to leave hotel for more expensive restaurant.

Great Hotel, but a good cleaning would be nice
The hotel was wonderful the only complaint I have is that the bathtub could use a good cleaning. There was mold growing in the cracks of the shower walls.

Fresno Holiday Inn Airport..okay
[...] When I went to the rest room there was a cockroach in the bathroom. I have asthma and I requested no smoking, but the room had definately been smoked in.

Friendly visit
Hotel and dinning room staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was great but could have been a few degrees warmer. I sure wish there would have been an elevator for the 2nd floor. Rooms are clean and quiet. I would stay again.

Great location / very poor service.
I booked this room with a credit card through [...] to insure a convenient ground floor room upon our late arrival, and even confirmed this request with a call to the hotel in advance. When we arrived at 10:00pm, the front desk clerk advised "the only room left" (they had NOT blocked a room for us) was in the back building several hundred yards away; and since there was no elevator, we would need to drag our luggage up two flights of stairs.I set up an early wake-up call through their computerized phone software for 3:30am, which the software confirmed for 3:30am. We then received a call an hour early at 2:30am.There was no soap of any kind in the bathroom, and the temperature of the room was a humid and sweltering 85 degrees when we opened the door.I would never stay at this hotel again.

the food in the hotel is one of the best hotel food I've had in a long time and the staff is very friendly.

Great for Our Visit to Fresno
We found the rooms clean and comfortable. We wanted to be close to the airport to fly out early in the am. House keeping called to verified that we had everything we needed. The dinning room and the staff was very helpful.

Under Construction
Holiday Inn Fresno Airport is going through a remodel that made it difficult to find a parking space due to equipment and storage containers blocking the spaces. The breakfast buffet was terrible and was expensive especially having to pay full price for Kids. Need more help with check in. Took 50 minutes then was given a room that the roof leaked and the floor was all wet. Had to wait for a maintenance person then ended up having to change rooms so I had to wait another 50 minutes to get another room. Pool area had no towels and the jacuzzi was cold. My kids did not have a good time due to a seminar being held out by the pool so they were told not to make any noise. Get Real! Very unhappy.
