We started a ling trip and a friend just booked a very cheap run down hotel. The worst experience. We decided to cancel and I decided book Holiday Inn express. I have heard of its consistence in good service and clenliness. Sure enough the moment i stepped in to the Holiday Inn express we where able to smell the difference, yes smell. I checked in and went straight to the room, and without a doubt it was a refreshing place to just rest. I will from now on continue to look for Holiday Inn.

Perfect for business travel
The staff was very helpful in placing me in the room of my choice which was spacious and laid out nicely. Tthe hotel is located within a couple of miles of numerous dining and shopping opportunities. I stay here every time I go to Fresno.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. There was a party going on until 2 in the morning. I had to call the front desk and complain. The air conditioner was loud and the hotel backs up to the interstate. This is not the place to go for peace and quiet. I feel like this was a complete waste of money on a sleepless night.

Location, clean, friendly Staff
visiting family member in hospital, needed a late check out & they accommodated. Helpful & friendly staff, went out of their way to help. I would recommend this property to anyone visting Kaiser P hospital or the area. It was very quiet when we needed it to be. The beds were soooo comfortable.

Decent Hotel
Room was nice and clean. The only thing that wasn't nice was the shower head which either dribbled out or was hard pulsating spray. Otherwise, staff, grounds and room were great.
