Extended Stay America - Fresno - North

Needed a quick place to rest and sleep for the night and went with this place because of the price. Really should have stayed elsewhere because as the title of the hotel chain says, this is for extended stays. I was expecting a place to provide a breakfast like those budget business hotels but got a room with a kitchen instead. Didn't even use a single thing there and had to drive out elsewhere for breakfast the following morning. All this is not at the fault if the hotel, besides I went for the price anyways...just thought I would get a little more that's all. The shower drain took a while to fully drain, im sure the hair of some guests before me were clogging it up. I could hear the cars going by along the street pretty loudly and every once in a while a few people were on their cell phones outside and I can hear their entire conversations. The bed sheets were clean but you can tell they were getting old from constant use, some newer sheets would've raised my rating. Still if you were to ask me either thumbs up or down, I would give a thumbs up but only narrowly. Again the cheap price made the deal, only just wished I had a hot breakfast waiting in the lobby =(

Very adequate for the price compared to other hotels. Hard to find. Liked the kitchen feature. Would stay here again.

Microwave didn't work. Room & bathroom were not cleaned as they should be. The staff was reluctant to swap out my microwave and acted like I was out of line for asking them to bring a microwave up. When I called for and extra pillow, they said they didn't have any and that every room was full even though the parking lot was EMPTY. Upsides: Cheap, good location.

Staff was friendly although the room was smoke free the people above or next door were not and it did seep through. The room was clean.
