The Econo Lodge hotel is conveniently located off Freeway 99, just six miles from the Fresno Yosemite International Airport and less than two miles from the Fresno Convention Center. This Fresno hotel is minutes from popular attractions like Island Water Park, California State University, Fresno, Fresno City College and Fresno Pacific University. Guests will enjoy many full-service amenities, including: Free wireless high-speed Internet access in the lobby and guest rooms, Free continental breakfast, Free local calls, Free coffee in the lobby. All rooms have hair dryers, and irons/ironing boards. Microwaves/refrigerators in some rooms. Pet accommodation: 30.00/night per pet. Pet limit: 2 pets per room / up to 35 pounds. Good enough

There weren't any particular frills about the place, but it was clean. I was told that it's not in the greatest area but I didn't have any problems or notice anything that concerned me.

First room had Cockroaches!!!

We checked in, went about our business during the afternoon and early evening. As I was watching TV I saw a cockroach about 1" long crawling along the ceiling. where there is one, there are hundreds! We called to the desk, and they did move us, but that was all. I did not sleep well, as I kept expecting to wake up and finding more, even though we were upstairs at the opposite end of the facility.

Fine in Fresno

Check in was smooth. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly. No issues, slept like a baby.

Comfortable & Friendly

The room we had at Econo Lodge Fresno was very nice and spacious. We were on the quiet side and enjoyed a peaceful night of rest.

There was adequate shopping very near our hotel and we picked up breakfast supplies easily.

You get what you pay for.

There was nowhere to eat nearby. It is right by the freeway but there wasn't much noise. The a.c. didn't work very well and the room smelled awful. The beds were comfy enough. It was across the way from Caffee Zoo and a park. It was close to the airport which was convenient. It wasn't the best but for the price it was worth it.

Wonderful staff

The hotel's location was wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms could use some sprucing up and there was some painting peeling in the bathroom. However, overall for the price, it was an enjoyable evening!
