Comfy price could be better but overall and ok place to go.

The bed was very uncomfortable and squeeky. The heater didn't work, it blew cold air all night. There was mold in the shower.

If you are looking for a clean room, this is not the place. Dirty carpet. Stained sheets. Shower stall base was stained. Room had a funky order.

Room #304 was pretty much disgusting, but I guess that's what you get for $58 out the door. Bathroom shower had greasy footprints, greasy hand prints on doors, drinking glasses not cleaned, Magnavox tube tv was very blurry, and bed was hard as a rock. Amazingly, this motel has no ice machine. It's hot in Fresno in August. Staff was friendly enough but had to tell him twice i wasn't interested in giving them my email address. Tip: Pay an extra $15-$20 and stay somewhere else.

very rude behavior. House keeper did not even come to the room to clean. The room was in a bad shape and smelling of cigarettes even though I was very particular about a non smoking room. I changed 2 rooms and found every room smelled. The lights in the room were not working properly and the toilet seat was broken. The flush was also not working properly and no one bothered to fix things.

My biggest thing about this hotel was the bed. I couldn't sleep more than an hour the entire night because of how uncomfortable it was. They also don't have maid service unless you pay for it when it's included at most hotels. For 20 bucks more a night I could have stayed in a way nicer hotel so I would recommend that. It's not worth it. On the up side, there's every store you could think of surrounding it and it did have a kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and small fridge.

the staff was nice but the room needed an upgrade and there was a smell in the room. also being an asthmatic it sucked because the stairs and elevator smelled like heavy smoke and i had no choice since i was on the second floor.

i checked in at about 10pm and was tired from 5hours of driving and asked if i could have a room away from everyone so i could sleep, the guy said theres no other rooms available (there were only 5 cars in the parking lot) so i go to the room, its tiny but thats expected for the price, the bed was hard, stains on the carpet and walls, my friends show up to pick me up the next day and they go to use the bathroom and when they close the door the doorhandle came off! if that was me and the night before i would have been locked in the bathroom all night! we had to figure out how to fix it and still couldnt do it, thats not the worst part, the worst part is i go to take a shower and hanging from the shower curtain are someones dirty underwear, and there was no shampoo, out of all the hotels ive stayed at this is the only one that didnt have shampoo, so when i check out (i stayed 1 night) i gave them the handle to the bathroom, told them about my experience, they apologized and the cleaning lady said they dont offer shampoo, i never heard of that before[...]

It was not clean, smelled funny and the beds were noisy...one seems to be broken. While it might work for someone who needs a long-term place to stay, I don't think we will stay there again. Sometimes a few dollars more is worth it. The people were nice and it was close to every eating place you can imagine but what you see on the ad, is not necessarily what you get.
