Perfect for location and having a 10 month old!!!
We booked this hotel because of it's central location of visiting people and places in Frenso! We loved that it was on Shaw but a bit of a distance from the street, so it wasn't noisy or hard to get to! The staff were amazing, they helped us out a lot when we needed to book the same room for a few more nights! And the breakfast was so nice and filling!! The room size was perfect for a very busy 10 month old baby. Would stay here again and again!!!

Nice Hotel
This hotel is very clean and nice just like what the picture shows. I like their free coffee at lobby and convenient location where close to many stores and restaurants.

Deceiving
Both [...] and Courtyard didnot tell us that the rooms did not have breakfast included along with no microwave. Also, the location of the hotel was horrible.

They have a great restaraunt that delivers HOT food and has so much on the menu that anyone would be satisfied. Very reasonably prices as well as quick delivery.

Anniversary get away couple
looking to relax but was disappointed
The hotel was in a nice location and the appearance of the hotel was nice, as well. However, the hotel double booked our room and at 10:45pm, my husband and I were awoken by another couple trying to get into our room. My husband and I were continuously bothered by the other couple's friends knocking on our door and calling our room looking for their friends. When I went to the front desk to inform the hotel of the constant knocking and phone calls and their mistake of double booking our room, the hotel concierge said "I'm sorry" and that's it. The hotel staff did not go out of their way to fix the problem or make up for the inconvenience my husband and I had.

Great Place needs to have a larger sign
The hotel was clean and the staff kept it clean, there was plenty of parking. However the hotel does sit back from the street with no visible sign of where it is. We had to call them when we got to town because even with a GDP we could not locate them and they informed us we had to turn at the Hero sign.

No sleep...
They put everyone on one side of the hotel on three levels, so all night I could hear people on the floor above us. Loud people checked in at three in the morning. I wonder why they wouldn't spread everyone out over this large hotel. Maybe it was easier for them, but not better for the guests. If you want to be able to sleep, don't stay here.

Hasty Traveler
Respite for road weary
My daughter and I were driving to check out her new university campus. Fresno was a convenient distance to break up the long drive and make a marathon trip into a relaxing one. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the variety of the breakfast buffet before getting back on the road.
