Americas Best Value Inn

We have stayed at several hotels being on our road trip. This hotel had been the best experience for our stay. Rooms were large almost the size of my 3 car garage at home. The room we got had almost a variety of amenties compared to higher end hotels. Mini fridge was included at no charge with room were weve been charged $10.00 at some hotels. We had pleasent comfortable sleep and there was a nice continental breakfast.

At first glance the room looks great, but we were there for a week. The bed was as hard as a rock, my back hurt so bad in the AM, I could barely walk. The pillows were worse, so it was not good sleeping. The water was luke warm at best, what's the deal, saving money I guess. Light bulbs were burned out, had to call twice about that. Ridiculous sink, no place to set anything. Room key would not open the outside door, had it reprogramed, only to have it fail again. Gave up and used the front door. The free breakfast wasn't inviting, with only bread, tiny bagels, cold cereal, and juice, we went out to eat. Not a good neighborhood, working girls.

The hotel has a good location easy from the hwy. There was hardly any street noise and the rooms were all interior corridor which made it quiet and safe. Several nearby restaurants carrows and fasst foods walking distance like in and out. Also nearby grocery store. Hotel had a nice quiet ourtdoor pool. There was a complimentary deluxe breakfast included but we did get time to try it with our busy morning schedule. Pleasent staff and helpful. Would recommend hotel to people visiting town.

Good price. There are good restaraunts a short distance and a great shopping mall on the same road. Pool was refreshing as it was 100 degrees the day we were in Fresno.

The best experience we had will on our road trip from Texas. Rooms are exceptionally large and the ones with the king bed they mentioned have a open up recliner. Which was perfect after a long drive on road. Also the ac has central air and worked very well kept room cool when outside temp was a 104. We've stay at some hotels where the noise of ac just keeps you up all nite by rattles. The pool was nice and they also had a morning breakfast which was decent before heading out to yosmite. Nice easy location to get to from hwy.

Older hotel, which needs some maintainance. Bathroom ventilation not working There was plenty of water UNDER our bath tub. Booked kingsize, got 2x queensize

The bed was very firm (read Hard!), so we didn't get much rest. The shower is also quite small and narrow. The room was spacious and the recliner was more comfortable than the bed.

We were tired after a long drive on the hwy. The staff was helpful and made it easy for us to checkin. I like the large spacious rooms. There were a variety off breakfast items served in morning. Good stay for value.

We came through Fresno to visit family. Good family location easy to get to. Close by restaurants. The hotel had super large rooms and was a great value for the price.

I come to fresno quite often and enjoyed my stay here. The staff is friendly and rooms are quiet large. For the price I have stayed at other hotel this one stands the best it has interior corridor rooms I like, a continental breakfast, hair dryer, coffee maker, small fridge. Other larger name hotel charge extra or don't provide the amenties. Location is nice and convienent easy from hwy. I would recommend this hotel.
