Nicely decorated
This place has a nice setup with the garden setup that you can see from the balcony. The receptionist was really friendly, upon verifying my reservation she immediately apologize for elevator outage due to remodel/upgrade. The place was close to the freeway but the noise was barely noticeable. Overall it was a nice stay.

not what i expected
the staff and location are great, everything else goes downhill after that. this is not where you would go for a quiet place to stay. LOTS of children around. woken up multiple times by footsteps from the level above, doors slamming in the hallway, and people hanging out in the hallway. linens not so great either. disappointed especially after my great stay at a courtyard on the east coast last year. i guess they don't all follow the same standards.

mixed impression
room/bathroom are updated and pleasant, flat screen TV and bedding are nice and confortable. However when using the iron, it left white chalk like marks all over my clothes. When I reported this to the front desk, the attendant vaguely said she would report to the manager but did not take any notes pertaining to the room. Also a suggestion note had been filled back in March by a customer and was still left on the bedside.
