Decent motel, not the best neighborhood
A basic room. Very comfortable beds. Decent facilties. Nice enough staff. Neighborhood is not so great- quite a few homeless people around. Steets are a little ratty. a 6-7 block walk to nicer area. Not scary, just not all that nice. The $3 coupon
for breakfast is at a nearby diner- you would be better off to walk a few blocks to E-F streets and eat in one of the nicer places there. I will probably try a different hotel next time, but I would stay there again if there were not other reasonable options.

A bit pricy for what you get
The Quality Inn looks nicer than it is. Room was noisy (first floor near stairs). No Air Conditioning. And a small TV. The breakfast is a $3 coupon at a local dinner 2 blocks away (not the convienience of a quick snack and coffee I was
looking for). Room was clean bed was decent but pillows were little fluff balls and not high quality. Plenty of clean towels and the usual shampoo etc. Ok, but to much $$ for what you get.

Long walk from hotel
Mazzotti's in old town is very good and the Lost Coast Brewery also is good. Both a long walk or short drive with ample parking.

Decent Value
A decent value for the money, considering there was a university graduation going on in the next town that had local hotels booked solid. The no longer serve a continental breakfast but do hand out $3 off coupons for a nearby restaurant. I
liked that better than a typical motel continental breakfast.
