Hacienda Hotel

The Hacienda is a very pretty & restful place to stay. We wanted a place near the airport because we had early morning return flights. Hacienda fit the bill perfectly and it also had shuttles running regularly. The rooms were spotlessly clean and odor-free & the bathrooms were clean, pleasant and everything worked as it should. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't get a chance to try their restaurants but they had about 3 in-house restaurants. Location-wise, the area was good, it had a fair amount of eateries and fast-food places right across the street and a Walgreen's right next to the hotel. It is about 20-30 mins from any of the touristy places but with a car its not a problem. There is enough space for parking and they charge a nominal parking fee per day. The hotel provides very good value for the money. It provides the same service as its much pricier counterparts. It was our first visit to LA and I would definitely stay there the next time I visit it.

this was my 4th time at this hotel ....it is fantastic very clean it has free airport shuttle and a free shuttle to shopping malls ...theres every thing you need in the hotel and is in walking distance to shops

We had read all of the previous reviews and were more than a little nervous about our upcoming hotel stay. The was the best loction as I was just a block away from the training location I was going to. Needless to say we were VERY happy with our room (we stayed in the South tower - with the portal-type window/doors that were able to open all the way). The ONLY complaint was that the bed was a little too hard. The TV in our room was very dark and red. The staff was very quick to replace the tv as they were unable to fix it. We had a Great stay and would definitly stay there again.

We were in town for one night only. But everything went smoothly your staff was great!!!!!!

My hotel room was on the fourth floor in the main building. It had a balcony with table and chairs and was shaded by a beautiful tree which created amazing privacy. It was a very quiet and restful place to stay. The other things I liked about the Haciendo were the convenience of walking to restuarants, shops, the wonderful neigborhood area behind the hotel for morning walks, and the spacious lobby and adjoining courtyard to sit and relax.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The airport shuttle was a God-send and the room was clean and quiet. Dinner in the lounge was tasty, well prepared and inexpensive. I can see why many people on the shuttle were airline staff. They know a good thing when they find it. Very latino in decor and amenities so it was quite a change from what we see here in Montana. The little patios outside with benches, flowers and fountains were nice on a winter's evening. One even had a lit fireplace in the corner. Overall, I liked it a lot and will go back when the need arises.

This was a great location for us and the staff were very friendly. We would have liked to have a coffee and some little thing to munch on before leaving.

very helpful and most friendly service at the front desk. i had to cancel the last day of my stay, and they told me exactly what to do in order to get my refund. very good for the price. i experienced less good service in 5 stars hotels.

I needed to stay near LAX. This is close without being on Century Blvd. Got two good night's sleep in a quite room. Free internet. Dated room style with stall shower and small countertop. Perfect. Overnight parking is secure and only $5
