Comfortable LAX hotel with large rooms close to shops and restaurants
Located just one mile from LAX airport in Los Angeles, the Hacienda Hotel is a comfortable and convenient option for exploring the City of Angels. Shopping and restaurants are a few moments away. For visitors who'd rather stay in at night, the Hacienda Hotel has restaurant, sports bar and dance club (with lessons!). Rest weary feet in the heated pool, work out in the fitness center, have a treatment in the day spa, or keep up with work in the business center.

Convenience and comfort
We were very pleased with our room, not with the parking arrangements, especially the distance from parking lot to the room. I think it is possible to improve this by assigning temporary parking for checking-in, and different parking lots for different wings of the hotel. Also making sure is only one car per room.

Short drive from hotel
I did my research for dining and nightlife online with a City Search and we were pleased with the atmosphere, prices and quality we found. We went to a Cuban restaurant with Live music near by, and later to The Garter in Venice Beach for dancing. It was fun.

WHAT A PLACE!
It was such a warm hotel. Many areas to just sit outside and read, talk with other travelers or your own party. Nice restaurant right next door and many across the street. The hotel shuttle was great, they took you to local attractions for free and had the airport shuttle to and from. I wish when we go back next year we could find one closer to where we need to be because we would go in a heart beat! The price was such a steal for what we had!

Costa Mesa Sister
Not a clean hotel
Our room was not clean. The shower (hot and cold nobs were reversed) and toilet were so noisy. My brother got bitten by some insect in his bed.

Booked a de luxe room and was quite disappointed with what we got. Needed a major refurbishment. Nevertheless, met the need for a reasonable value overnight airport hotel.

Rooms could be cleaner
Very convenient shuttle service to LAX. Parking was ok. When I went to plug in my computer behind night stand next to bed, there was an empty condom wrapper. At least it was empty. Maybe rooms could be checked better. Have stayed her before, didn't like the location of room. Probably will not stay again.

great location to Los Angeles area
The experience was great. I got around well and the hotel was located in the perfect place. Freeways were close. Everything you needed was right there, in walking or driving distance. I would go back

Not cool, No parking
I need to control my own a/c. This was not good for me. I slept with the window open and there was no screen. And I did not like the parking the fact that I had to pay for parking each night was a little upsetting when the parking was around the corner. From this experience I will be sure to look for these 2 important details for other overnight stays.

Great price, location was great.
The hotel itself is beautiful.. sometimes staff were unfriendly,, but for the most part,, ,the rest of the staff were real friendly... as we left to catch our flight early in the AM,,,. there was a fight between some young men right out front!!!

Very good place
I only spent the night but the place hasn't changed much over the years. Still a great place to stay near LAX. Fast Room Service!
