Extended Stay America - Los Angeles - LAX Airport - El Segundo

I stayed at this hotel so that I'd be in close proximity to LAX for an early morning flight. The staff was very helpful in finding me a car service to take me to the airport at 4 in the morning, the room was spotless, the location was quiet and very safe. I would love to stay again!

the bed is uncomfortable. no bed skirt on the matress. the room looks cheap but is on the price range. too much driving back and forth to main city (hollywood, beverly). the kitchen was ok but we we're not able to use the coffee maker because they didn't provide filter. bring your own toiletries. they don't provide shampoo. not much plugs to charge your stuffs. when everyone's asleep, you'll hear a snore from another room.

I select the hotel because I will catch airline early next morning. They have good service. Answer my question patient. All kinds of facilities can be found in the room such as waveoven,coffe maker,etc. But the room is not clear. The terrible smoking smell in the whole room.

Normally when i come to this hotel, its a great moment. But it s the first time i didn t appreciate it. I ask for a non smoking suite and they give me a room who is supposse to be a non smoking but smell smoke. At the lobby the personnal said that is a non smoking room, very bad night with stinky cigarette odor on the bed, and inside all the room. I make another reservation for two nigh after and the staff told me that they make there possible for my next reservation. BE SUR OF THE NON SMOKING ROOM, THATS IT.

I was shocked when I arrived at the hotel to find that they charged an additional SIXTEEN DOLLARS for parking! I cannot imagine how the management at this hotel arrived at the dollar amount, but it is completely unjustifiable and tantamount to highway robbery [...]. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she would not refund my money. THEN, I found a charge on my bank account with an ADDED $12.85 charge fee that I knew nothing about! These people are CROOKS! Avoid!

I got there late at night because my flight was delayed and there was no one at the front desk and it was dark. Finally, someone came and opened the door and checked me in. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. the hotel was muggy and the set up is like a motel in that windows look out to the outside hallway. Also, they don't have a formal way to leave your bags for a few hours after your check out if you need to go do something prior to leaving the city. No breakfast options in the morning. It's cheap but cheap for a reason.

Good hotel in a convienent location. Not only does it have a kitchen area with basic utensils, there is also a grocery store within walking distance. Although it is located near an airport there in no airport noise whatsoever. A comfortable hotel with a home-type feel.
