Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles Westside

We looked at so many hotels online & finally choose this one & we were so happy! The hotel is right off of the 405 highway so its very convenient yet quiet. LAX airport is close but not too close. There's a large shopping mall across the street with some good restaurants (avoid the Xtreme Pizza, though) . We traveled all over the LA area & found it so easy to get around. Downtown Culver City also has some nice restaurants & bars plus the Sony Studio tour was great. The hotel was terrific with a nice pool area for a non resort style hotel. The bar in the hotel was good with super bartenders. The food in the restaurant appears to be all stuff that they microwave so we skipped eating there. The rooms had nice beds (huge concern to us with bad backs) & not so great room lighting but the windows provided nice light & great sunset views. The rooms are small but again this is not a resort style hotel. There's a fridge in the room but no microwave. Even though we were across from the elevator the room was very quiet. The parking was $10/day with in & out. We really enjoyed our stay here & would rebook again for sure!

I've stayed here twice over the past year. The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is nice and clean. They have a restaurant/bar area, a computer/printer and a small weight room for guest use. It is also across the street from a large mall which is convenient. Only two minor issues. One, the parking is 10 a day which is normal in the area from what I hear, but the method of getting in and out is a pain. There is an automated gate that gives a ticket when you enter that you feed in when you leave. For guests, you are supposed to get a ticket that works the whole time you are there. Mine never did, meaning I had to go to the front desk to get a new card every time I left. Two, no mini fridge in room. I knew it wasn't inlcuded when I booked the room so I can't really complain, but it's a nice extra to be able to keep cold drinks etc.. in the room without resorting to the ice bucket that only lasts a few hours. Overall, I would stay here again.

For the most part the room was average. I did appreciate that the hotel had available power outlets on the night stand next to the bed. I am amazed how many hotels do not provide this feature. I like having my phone next to the bed when I am charging it at night. I can answer any calls that come in and I can use it as my alarm. The service was friendly and helpful. The hotel is right across from a Target which is useful.

My experience with Sheraton was wonderful. The room far surpassed my expectations. I love great hotel rooms. The bed was so comfortable. I always travel with my own pillow and was suprised to have several high-end pillow choices right in the room. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The desk staff efficient and friendly. And great to have free bottles of water during our stay. I will definately return to this hotel when I visit the area.

It was nice and easy to find and to get around and a nice shopping center next door.

I loved this place, the only thing that sucked was the shower. It wouldn't stay hot for long.

Nice hotel, but the location is not very favourable

The bathroom was small and there was no fan. There was very little counter space. A little diner/coffee shop would be nice. The restaurant was a little expensive. $10/day parking for guests is not a good deal. Great, basic shopping very close. Well located...close to freeways and downtown Culver City. Pool area is very nice. Clean and safe, especially for two women. Nice for the money.

I rented one room with two beds for 2 Guests. Upon arrival was informed that there was only one name on the reservation so you got one room/one bed. This hotel INSISTS ON EVERYONE'S name in order to give you the correct room with the correct sleeping accommodations! I will never book here again!
